Morning all!  Had a manic day at work yesterday and still feeling it now.  Did manage to get out for a run before work and got to 3.5 km before my lungs started to give out on me.  Need to build my stamina up again but still glad I went and did it.  Had usual breakfast of ff yogurt with granola and an apple, lunch is the last of my leftover soybean stew and dinner is going to be carbonara but I'm going to try having it with some black bean spaghetti I picked up from Aldi the other week for some lower carbs / higher protein option (had a lot of carbs over the weekend so I wanted to try something different).

Hope you all have a good day!

Interesting about the spaghetti @ruby_eskimo. Is it actually black? I'm just switching us over to wholewheat. Little steps. 😉

Have I missed something about divas? 🤔

Not 100% sure about dinner tonight. DH is out for lunch with a friend and may/may not want much for dinner. I've put Bolognese on the menu as it can stay in the freezer if he doesn't want it and I can have a JP or something simple.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA 1 milk
L- lentil and vegetable soup (P,S), sardines (P), beetroot and tomato (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (S,P), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- 0

1 1/2lb loss which I’m more than happy with. 3 losses in a row since I started back……ok not massive ones but 3 1/2lb  in 3 weeks 😃 I’m hoping for at least 1/2 stone by the time I finish my 6 week countdown…..which is actually 7 weeks as I booked a holiday next week which is half way through and my family are coming to stay 😃

It did feel a tad contrived in group this morning- everyone there got a woman of the year certificate for turning up and not giving up. Then there was a 10 minute talk about becoming a consultant for the minimal fee of £250 instead of the usual £1000plus. I think it’s spurred me on to getting to target and then I only need to go every month but still have access to the webpage 🤞😄

Well done on your loss @milann. 👏👏👏

I suppose a genuine Woman of the Year would have been difficult after the year we've had so giving it to everyone who's stuck with them was the option chosen. 🤔

Just to clarify, when you get to target, you have to go to WI after 8 weeks. SW would apparently prefer you to go after a month and often send a message asking you to go to WI but the rules on the website say 8 weeks. @joedenise and I have had this recently but until they change the Ts and Cs, I'm sticking with the 8 weeks. 😁
