Looks delicious. 😋 Fortunately I've still got plenty of the sweet and sour sauce in stock from when it was on offer in Sainsburys. I see the Uncle Ben's sauces on offer at various places from time to time but they hardly ever have the NAS one. ☹️

Morning everyone, hungry already looking at your pics @bubbs   Your food always looks vibrant and enticing.

Busy morning at Jellybaby Towers - routine hospital check ups for parents so the last of my hard earned flexi is being used.  I'm about to declare sibling warfare as the other two do very little to help, scratch that one of them does absolutely nothing!

Today's menu is a bit of a freezer and fridge raid using stuff up.
B - 45g bran flakes HEXB,  f/f Greek yog, banana
L - smoked ham, boiled eggs, beetroot and whatever salad bits I find
D - Possibly pasta with bacon, tomato and chilli sauce, 15g parmesan 1/2 of HEXA

The other HEXA and remaining half will be used for milk in coffee...lots and lots of coffee today.

I had a message from my consultant asking me to send my wight since I missed yesterday’s meeting. I weighed this morning and I’m not quite sure how but lost 1/2lb. I’ll take that.
It’s our wedding anniversary today so not sure what’s happening. I’m determined to loose again next week……I’ll need to lose a bit more than 1/2 though to allow for the clothes I’ll wear next week as this morning’s was in my birthday suit 😂
