I walked to a hospital appointment this morning but had to get a taxi back as I was told not to drive and dh was on an urgent job at work.
Breakfast - Cheerios, strawberries and milk
dinner - salad and ham sandwich followed by strawberries
tea - mushroom, chicken in sauce using 2nd hea and spoonful of cornflower between us 1 syn, rice
snacks fruit
I should be going to sw meeting tomorrow and it’s a good walk away with very little parking nearby if I were to drive. Doc told me not to do any long walks for a couple of days so I might miss it as my leg is quite sore tonight - I’ll give it a day to settle again. This will also give me the week to re group after my weekend of entertaining 🤔🤔 I’ll see how I feel in the morning.January spends - £587.581 -

Where has the morning gone?? Been hard at it from 8am and only had two coffees and happy to say not feeling too hungry yet but will use my yoghurt and fruit breakfast mid afternoon if still peckish after lunch.
B - HEXA milk in coffee with lots to spare
L - Baked potato, tuna, lettuce, s/onions, cucumber, tomatoes.
D - Spaghetti bolognaise with parmesan HEXA and roasted broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms
Hope everyone is having a good day.0 -
That's a big pear you have there @bubbs! 🤣
I'm having pasta salad for lunch today. I cooked some pasta last night while I was doing dinner and today I'll just look in the fridge and see what I have add in the way of salad bits and I have some ham or tuna as well. I'm thinking that those gorgeous YS garlic prawns I had last week from Sainsbury's would be good. I'm not sure I'd want to pay full price though.

I have been feeling a bit fatter this week, not surprising after the gorgeous buffet on Saturday and extra syns last week. I've been 100% on plan since Monday though and hoping to keep it up until our anniversary next week when we'll be eating out.😍
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, bacon, 2 fries eggs (P)
L- pasta salad (F, P, S)
D- Austrian ham hash (F,P,S) topped with HEA2 cheese with cauli, broccoli, cabbages (S)
Syns- 1 for mayo
