Where are you @Jellybaby? Shame about your lunches but good for SW! 😁

Enjoy your meal tonight @ruby_eskimo. We don't have official restrictions on pubs and restaurants here (yet) but I am starting to think about large gatherings where I don't know the people involved. It's strange but I feel happier among people I know. It's as if they will have tried to take the same care as I have. 🤔

Do let us know when the gas arrives @bubbs

I'm going to mix some carrot and BNS into the mash tonight as I love the orangey colour.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEA milk, HEB toast
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), pickles (S)
D- sausages, mash (F,S), cauli, broccoli, cabbage (s)
Syns- Aldi sausages 1, gravy 4?

    Hiya
Well it’s been a naughty old week for me 😂😂
I was away at the weekend- Sunday was pretty much a write off. I went to the Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 in London and although my breakfast was fine- HEA and B cheese on toast, lunch was decent- ham salad with roasted veg couscous (Waitrose. 1.5 Syns. Tastes amazing and good way to get my carbs in) it went downhill after that. Tea was a double cheeseburger and chips, then there was a Budweiser Prohibition (0.0 beer) a bag of crisps, and a kebab for supper (I know, I know!) Breakfast on Monday was a BLT sandwich from Waitrose 🙈lunch was prawn cocktail sushi and a Waitrose smoked salmon pate and breadsticks 🙈Friday wasn’t great either. Or Saturday 😂

I enjoyed it though. And I did some dancing at the concert as well- body magic! It’s WI today (Wednesday) looks like I’m heading for an STS but frankly after the week I’ve had I’m perfectly happy with that!

    Tuesday’s menu:
B: Cheese on toast (HEXB and HEXA + 4)
    L: Mackerel, couscous, salad( 0.5) HiFi (3)
D- SW lamb ‘kebab’ couscous (again! 0.5) salad. Chocolate (4.5)
    Syns: 12.5
    Night all xx
