Well done on your two pound loss @Jellybaby. 👏🏼 I think we're all doing the 'good when I can' plan at this time of the year. 🤣
I had to Google poutine @ruby_eskimo as I'd never heard of it. Is it really cheesy chips with gravy?🤔
I used the app today @bubbs and I see what you mean about them messing about with it. Grr! I notice they haven't blocked that stupid message that tells you that WI is due ages before the 8 weeks is up. ☹
We were meant to be going out for lunch on Wednesday but that's now postponed until next week. So just the one Christmas dinner on Thursday.🤣
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, raspberries (S)
L- ham (P), pickles, fried veg (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, cauli and broccoli, tomato, mushrooms (S)

Don't get me started on the gas 🥵🥵 no we don't have any, i flipped my lid earlier!! I rang at 9.01 they open at 9 and i was 28th in the que, worst than the effin doctors!! I have escalated this she says a manager will call you back. Did they? They they heck as like!! So 3.12 i call again, i am 89th!!! yes you read that right 89th in the que! i left phone on loud speaker and was finally through at 16.55 , she was as much use as a chocolate fireguard! I said do you realise we have no central heating, no hot water, no cooking, she couldn't give a toss! she would pass it on.
Then about 5.30 phone rings, it's a manager from calor , we WILL be filled up tomorrow and getting £100 credit. If i need to contact her again, feel free, i said don't you worry i will be on the phone tomorrow if we are not filled 😂Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

Morning all. Fingers crossed you get your gas today @bubbs. And yes @maman poutine is usually chips, cheese curds and gravy. Can't always get cheese curds here so I sub for mozzarella from time to time. Simple, warming and filling after a tiring day.
Totally slept through my alarms this morning so feeling a little all over the place. Luckily my meetings aren't till the afternoon as I'm still waking up! Haven't had breakfast yet but might have some toast in a bit. Lunch today is more butternut squash soup and dinner will be who knows as we might be meeting some friends down the pub for a pre-Christmas meal.

Morning, wild and wet here today. Hope you get your gas @bubbs. Looks like my two lunches out later this week will be cancelled as people are pulling out ahead of expected household restrictions being announced today. Depressing but I suppose on the bright side everyone is staying safe and I'm not having syns!
More bran flakes, f/f yoghurt and raspberries for breakfast, tomato and red pepper soup at lunch time and I think it might be fish and chips for dinner. Approx 6 syns for breadcrumbs and tartare sauce.
