The most I've eve been out - 1.5lb over top end.  Don't think I can lose that much by Wednesday🤣🤣🤣 but we'll see.  According my scales I wasn't that far out but hey ho!  Will weigh again at home Wednesday and then decide whether it's worth the risk.

Chicken and chips are in the oven now - certainly need dinner a bit earlier tonight with not having had a lot to eat today.

    Oh that's a bummer, can't ypu book a holiday? I would have 🤣🤣

Not really.  I'm away in Lanzarote the following week for 2 weeks and then back for less than a week and off to France for a month and you're only allowed 6 weeks holiday a year!  I booked holiday for New Year's Eve (8 weeks from today!)

Morning all, it's going to be another dry day so going to get some washing done and hopefully dried on the line although it's quite cloudy.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - stuffed peppers; HEA2; S; F
    D - lasagne; garlic bread - P; S; F; 1 (cheese sauce made with cottage cheese)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - mozarella
    Syns - sausages 2; butter 2; parmasan 1

    Have a good day everyone!

PS. Forgot to say - I've got access back to the website.  My consultant sent me a text just after 9.30pm last night to say she'd only just finished work so presumably it was because she hadn't input my weight so that was why I couldn't get onto the website!

I remember you telling me that things aren't updated until the consultants get to do their admin @joedenise. You were obviously correct. I was surprised as I thought our card numbers/scales were directly linked to SW.

I was well behaved yesterday and, because of staying alcohol free, I probably didn't use any more syns than an average Friday. The main thing was that I enjoyed every mouthful of the courgette fritters so the syns were worth it.  Saw a win at football too so all good. 😁

How do you make cottage cheese sauce @joedenise? Have you made it before? I'm very happy with the 1.5 x HEA + tbsp of cornflour one that I've been using. If I hadn't already defrosted the chicken, I could fancy lasagne tonight. 😋

Not much planned today. I might go to the next little town later as there are a few things carried over on my shopping list which Aldi haven't had recently so wondering if there's a supply problem.  Lazy garlic was one and I know Lidl usually have that.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- UB sweet and sour chicken (P,S), brown rice and maybe chips (F)
Syns- UB sauce 1.5, weekend wine😁

I think it shows that SW is only linked to the SW consultants IPads, which of course are supplied by SW!

It's a recipe I found on here years ago but have never actually used before!  Think it was on a thread about 2004 but it's in my "Cheap Recipes" document!

    Low fat cheese sauce:

if you want to make a cheese sauce, or white sauce for a lasagne and dont want it too fatty or carby from the flour, try blending 1 cup of cottage cheese, one small egg, a bit of pepper and a small amount of low-fat extra mature cheddar.

Its quite good for you, and it takes about 2 mins to make!

I'm going to add a bit of mustard powder to it as well as I think that helps to being out the flavour of the cheese.  I'm also going to use parmasan rather than cheddar so that I can get away with using less!  I'm going to use 20g for enough for 2 of us.

Will let you know later how successful it is.

Afternoon gang, just jumping in quickly to record a 1.5 lb loss this morning 🙂 now you know means I’ll keep on track and won’t go crazy with wine syns later!

I’d have your lasagne Denise but without the cottage cheese ! I’ve tried it in various forms and nope, just can’t eat it.  Steak for me tonight which I’m not really excited about but it’s defrosted now. Loads of veg and probably a few chips. DS is going out so a nice chilled night hopefully.
