Morning!  I'm definitely in the love sprouts camp  eat them all year round and it's been known for my brothers and I still to fight over them!

I've got my bedding on too @joedenise.Although the suns out it's really cold so not holding out much hope and will probably have to go on the airer tonight as I don't have a tumble dryer.

Todays food is yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, left over bolognaise for lunch and homemade pork and apple burgers with wedges and roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and cauliflower.   Using HEXAs for milk and parmesan with HEXB and syns still available.

    Have a good day all!

    Morning all,

I have been quiet, but still plodding away at the weight loss. Pleased to report a 1 pound loss this week, especially pleased as it is star week. I woke early on Sunday with the clock change and the weather was terrible. Thought, im not going to get the miles in with the dog in this, so packed myself off to the early Sunday sesh at spin – loved it. I went last night too.

Made a pan of chilli on Monday night, less mince more peppers and mushrooms – sw and calorie counting friendly.

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – pot noodle ( interviewing people today so on the hop)

    D – chilli baked potato

Later in the week will be some tuna pasta for lunches

I like sprouts if with bacon or a bit of gravy on them

@Jellybaby - just been out and checked my bedding and it's virtually dry.  Think I'll be getting it in shortly after lunch so not bad considering it's November!

  • Great loss LLS. Another one in the sprout lover club here! Any non lovers try the Slimmingeats sprouts & roasted butternut squash recipe, it is lush! Got to tell you about a nun I know, her great nephew had started school and his gran asked him what he had learnt that day, he brought himself up to his full height and proudly announced as he blessed himself " in the name of the father, the son and the holy sprout, amen"!  They did their utmost not to laugh :)

Not feeling the groove today, had my booster last night, feeling really cold and not wanting to eat, although I have just forced myself to have some home made hummus with carrot sticks, at least it is on plan.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

Happy birthday @bubbs🎂.  Don't eat it all at once!

Hope you've had a lazy day today!

We've had a really nice day today.  Cold but sunny and bright, even got my bedding washed and dried by 1pm!

@Gettingtherequickly - I had trouble reading that out to DH without laughing!

Many Happy Returns @bubbs. Your birthday dinner looks gorgeous!

I've had a strange day. SW breakfast, not feeling at all hungry at lunchtime and in a moment we're out for dinner. I've got 30+ syns left this week so even with some wine syns I should be OK.

    Back on plan tomorrow. 😊

Hope you have a nice evening
