Half a stone in a fortnight @lushlifesaver! Wow!  There are lots of bugs going around (I think we're more susceptible post lockdown) but hope you feel better soon. At least you've not been comfort eating. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It's obvious that you've started dropping dress sizes at last @MrsRyan. Great news! What does your mum think? 🤔

I made the corned beef hash yesterday so just need to reheat it later. Easy day for me. 😊 I'm calling 3.5 for my share of the corned beef but I don't think it was that much as very lean. Fortunately I have plenty of syns to spare although eating out tomorrow night will probably use them up.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- ham (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- corned beef hash (P,F,S) with HEA2 cheese topping, cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns- Corned beef 3.5, horseradish 1

    Afternoon all
Cough is driving me crazy! Just spoken to the GP though, she thinks it might be viral but has given me a delayed prescription for antibiotics if it doesn’t improve.
My GP is also very impressed with my weight loss. She’s a big advocate of SW as she lost a lot of weight with them herself. She says I’ve done really well and  to keep up the good work.
I ordered a tracksuit from JD, and it was the smallest plus size- 18/20. It just arrived and I thought I’m never going to fit into this- but to my surprise it’s a nice fit. I’m not yet brave enough to buy smaller jeans, I have a couple of pairs of 22’s that I wear when needs be but that will come I’m sure 😊
I think my mum is relieved that I’m finally in a smaller size- think she was fed up of me complaining 😂
Ive booked the blood test for my blood sugar levels in two weeks. Fingers crossed! I know they’ve come down a bit, hopefully enough for the diabetic nurse to be proved very, very wrong!

    Today’s food:
B: Bacon butty (HEXB + 6 for spread and sauce)
L: SW meal pot and veg. HiFi (3)
D- Chicken rogan Josh, rice (3) veg. Berries, yoghurt (1)  Choc Shot (1.5)
    S- Crisps (6.5)
    Syns: 20

    Lots of love xx

Morning all, another nice sunny day but it's very cold out there with a slight breeze.  Plan on getting the bedding washed today and hoping I can get it line dried rather than having to use the tumble dryer!

That's a brilliant loss of the last couple of weeks @lushlifesaver.  Keep up the good work.

Love brussel sprouts as well here but don't often have them.

Spent a bit of time yesterday chopping up stew veg and ended up with far too much for the SC so ended up doing half in the SC and the other half in the pressure cooker.  I chucked in the last of a bag of pearl barley from the cupboard but there really wasn't much in it.  Must add it to the next shopping list!  I used just under Kg of diced beef with it and ended up with 4 x 2 portions bags for the freezer plus 2 portions for dinner tonight and a smaller bag which will do us both for lunch one day so not too bad.  I thought I was only going to get about 6 portions and have got nearly double that so I'm a happy bunny!

    Today's plan:

    B - breakfast hash topped with eggs - P; S; F
    L - ham salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
    D - beef stew, mash, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  I'm with you @maman on the sprouts 🤢 The only time I can eat them is if they're a) cooked with loads of bacon fat or b) covered in M&S bread sauce 😆

Busy day at work today so just popping in with meal plan - breakfast was weetabix with almond milk, lunch is a chicken salad again and dinner is chickpea curry.

Hope you all have a good day and stay warm.
