    A loss at last @bubbs! 😁

Does that mean the smaller plate is here to stay?🤔

I'm having a very low syn Saturday. No plans for alcohol as I'm driving and as I'm taking my own supper when I go out  then I can control that as well.

I'll be on the other side of the city too so plan to pop into Morrisons and get some of their low syn fishcakes.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, fried egg, bacon (P)
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickles (S)
D- smoked salmon pasta salad (P,F,S), strawberries (S) and yoghurt (P?)
    Syns- mayo/mustard 2?

Good news @bubbs on the lb loss - at least it's in the right direction.  Enjoy your Chinese tonight.

Enjoy your evening @maman and great idea to take your own food.

After the torrential rain overnight and first thing this morning we decided to come home as the forecast is for more rain overnight and tomorrow!  We managed to get a bus to another town and had a wander round but nothing there really so we ended up getting the bus back to Canterbury and had lunch in one of those All you can Eat places.  Wasn't impressed if I'm honest but it was definitely a case be good when I can!  I made some good choices like salad, noodles, veggies, plain rice.  Had a small amount of lamb jalfraizi, beef & mushrooms and some saag aloo.  Was still hungry so decided to have a pudding and had some chopped apple and some soft ice cream.  So hopefully not too many syns - need to check online but what I had didn't even amount to half a takeaway sized portion.  Certainly won't be going there again!

    So today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - as above - P; S; ?
    D - HM beef bourguignon (from freezer); mash; green veg - P; S; F
S - Crisp Breads; Primula Light if needed - HEA2; HEB

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula Light?
    HEB - Crisp breads?
    Syns - sausages 2; ?

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Thanks everyone xx I’m actually okay with the dress, as it’s a hoodie dress I’ll be layering underneath anyway as I’ll be wearing it to rugby etc. The bigger size will give me room for layering.
Ugh I feel rough- however no cough, no temp, no sore throat, I feel okay but just tired (nowt new- I have CFS and fibro and I’m always tired plus I haven’t slept) I’m just bunged up and let out the odd sneeze. I think it’s my post nasal drip has gone to my nose which it does sometimes as I can feel certain things which indicate that it’s a problem. I’ve not been terribly good food wise today for that reason!
Hopefully normal service resumed soon. Night all x

Morning all, another horrible one!  Hasn't stopped raining so far and it's really windy.  Really want it to stop so that I can do an inventory of the outside freezer so that I can get my meal plan sorted.  I've sorted out the next few days in case I can't get out there today but will need to do a bit of shopping tomorrow - will do that while DH is at the dentist as Tesco is in the same town as the dentist.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages; egg; mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger & onions in wholemeal roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - hunters chicken, roast potatoes, veg - HEA2; P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - mozarella
    HEB - wholemeal roll
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5

Need to keep fairly low syn for the rest of the week as need to WI on Friday and had quite a high syn weekend away!

    Have a good day everyone.

PS. Just gone online and got the message that my access will run out next week so looks like I definitely have to go to group this week!

Strangely I didn't get that message @joedenise, just the irritating one for weeks before asking you to go to group or skip the message. It's been very changeable here. Wild, wet and windy changing to bright sunshine in minutes then back again. We did manage a walk as needed milk so took a roundabout route for some Body Magic.

Disappointed last night that Morrison's had no fishcakes. ☹️ Fortunately, not out of my way as was driving past to go dancing. Thank goodness I wasn't doing a big shop as loads of gaps on shelves.

Usually we take something to share for supper but because of Covid we took our own so kept syns for the day to just mayo on pasta salad. Almost unheard of for a Saturday. 😇

Portioned up the veggie chilli and kept some out for lunch. 😋 Plan to make extra gravy for freezer too, always useful for midweek meals.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- JP (F), veggie chilli (P, S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
    D- HB steak (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 😁

I don't get the SKIP message on the website just the input your card number & PIN!  This is the first time I've actually left it 8 weeks so first time I've seen that message.

I'm going to need to book holiday for 8 weeks time (New Year's Eve) as I'll be on holiday.  The next time I'll need to go will be almost end of February!  That should give me a bit of time to lose the holiday weight!  Got 2 weeks All Inclusive then back for just under a week and then off in the Motorhome for a month.

I've finally done my outside freezer inventory and managed to do my menu plan until we go on holiday and also for the few days between our holidays and not only that I don't think I need to buy much apart from a chicken and some veg as everything else is in the freezer.  Will need to do a massive stock up in the new year though!
