I did @bubbs, actually was out the door to the supermarket ten minutes early! Ouch to your car costs, fingers crossed it’s not too bad once they look in more detail.I’m about to start dinner soon as I’m starving too! There may be wine syns ahead, haven’t decided yet.1

Ouch to the car failing its MOT @bubbs.Does that mean you can't drive it? 🤔
How annoying to slip out of range @joedenise. My low syn week is probably only just below the 105. I'm normally a great advocate of using them all but I think when I'm maintaining for the 8 weeks I might get a bit careless. I know the other week I ate some pork crackling which I didn't count so I thought I'd be extra careful the week before WI. I'm out tomorrow night, driving and taking my own supper so that'll be a chance to claw back the 13 syns for that cupcake!
I agree a pound is nothing after the week you've had @Gettingtherequickly. Like you, when I have a Saturday afternoon in, I like to do a bit of batch cooking. Tomorrow I'm going to do a veggie chilli.
Using up last week's veg here too @Jellybaby. Last night I did peas to go with dinner and then found them in the microwave after we'd eaten! This morning I made some mash and added the peas and other bits of veg to make bubble & squeak for 2 lunches.
I think your clothes are starting to tell you that you are dropping sizes @MrsRyan. Sometimes it's better not to wear things too tight but you definitely need to start trying on smaller things.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- ham, fried egg (P), Bubble & Squeak (F,S), beetroot and cornichons (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, green stuff, tomato, garlic mushrooms with HEA2 (S)
Syns- weekend wine😁

Oh that's good @bubbs as you'd be in a fix with your DH not driving and you having to take him to work.
It's difficult if you're feeling hungry. Have you got a pudding planned? 🤔
I always follow a strict plan before WI with a measured dinner and cereal breakfast because that's what I did when I started. It probably doesn't really matter as we don't put on weight overnight. Do we? 🤔🤣1 -
