I do hope that @jellybaby could be right and you are over the worst of the cold @ruby_eskimo.🤗

I'm sure you'll enjoy your trip to the Company Shop @bubbs and any extra bargains will be a bonus.

Do you snack on the fruit @joedenise, as I rarely notice it on your menus. I'm very lazy when it comes to fruit. Mostly DH just puts some on my porridge and that's it for the week.

I've been out for lunch and had a sort of prawn salad. Friends were having filled ciabattas but too much bread for me. Mine was some prawn cocktail rolled in a slice of smoked salmon with a bit of salad on the side. I thought it was a mean portion. The plate was half empty as I'd asked for no bread. You'd have thought they'd have filled it up with a bit of iceberg! Only syns would have been in the Marie Rose sauce but I have 30+ left just for today and tomorrow.

Hopefully you'll get a decent loss after missing out some WIs @jellybaby. I don't know where you are but I expect you know you can go to any group you like. I'm lucky as there are loads in my area and I sometimes go to a different one if I'm busy on a Thursday.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), bacon, fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- prawn and salmon salad (P,S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- mayo 2? honey in stir fry sauce 2.5

  • Good evening

well I was astounded this morning with a 4lb weightloss!

    today:

brunch - slices tiger loaf (8ea so 16) with ham and fat free cottage cheese
tea - cottage pie - Hea for cheese so syn free!

not such a great day between group running over and son not feeling to well so having a very clingy day and having had stuff to get done I've barely stopped.

tomorrow we have a baby sensory messy play party so that should be fun - it's over lunch in a play gym we've not been to so will eat before we go!

rough plan is eggs/omelette with tomatoes for breakfast, sandwich on heb wholemeal for lunch with fruit and carbonara for tea (HeA parmesan/grana padano, 7.5syns for pancetta)

    Morning all.

Brilliant loss @lushlifesaver but you had a good week with your food choices.  Good luck for this coming week.

Hope you hear about early retirement and it's positive @Jellytotts.

@maman we've got into the habit of having a bowl of fruit in the evening which is why we get through so much!  I also have frozen fruit for breakfast, usually with something involving oats - baked, porridge or overnight!

I'm going out to look for some shoes today as my current ones are getting a bit thin on the soles!  Think it's prudent to try and find some now before they wear through, particularly with winter on the way!

    Today's plan:

B - bacon, egg, fried up potato, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F (wasn't planned but no mushrooms for breakfast hash which was!)
    L - ham salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 0.5
    D - chicken, chorizo & prawn paella - P; S; F; 3.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; chorizo 3.5

    Have a good day everyone.
