The Aldi skinny sausages are half a syn. The skins are a bit chewy but they taste good. Reduced fat may be a different one. 🤔

Yeah I think the skinny ones come in a tray where as these come in the paper/wax packets

    Evening everyone
Still very stressed at the minute 😞work is unbearable. One more day then I’m on leave for a few days thank goodness. Im off to Edinburgh with my sis as it’s her birthday on Saturday (and it’s a joint pressie for mine last week) and I have no doubt I will be a little naughty :D I’m also off to buy some new clothes on Monday as my student loan is due in my account the next couple of days. My t-shirts still fit but look like old dishrags. Im not entirely sure I’ll fit into a smaller size but I can but try.

    Today’s food:
B: HEXB bacon sarnie (6 syns for spread and ketchup)
L: SW lunch pot and mixed veg
    D- HM Nando’s chicken (2 syns) couscous (0.5) mixed veg. Chocolate (4.5)
S: Crisps (6.5) Gin and diet pop (0.5)
    Syns: 20

Night all, lots of love xx

    Morning all.

I need to get back to drinking more water too, I've just been relying on tea and coffee a bit too much recently and can tell I'm a little dehydrated.  Have a litre bottle sitting next to me so hope I can get through that before lunch today.  Not feeling too hungry this morning so no breakfast yet but will have some yogurt and fruit mid morning if I do feel like eating.  Otherwise it's more soup for lunch and dinner is gochujang chicken with coconut rice and green beans, as requested by DH.

Hope everyone has a good day!
