I am quite broad, i am 16-18 now, it's silly getting fixated on a dress size, yes we would all like to be smaller sizes but i know it ain't going to happen to me 🤣🤣

Afternoon everyone 
Thanks very much. I think it’s just because my mum keeps banging on about how many dress sizes she’s dropped and continually asking am I wearing a smaller size yet 😭Part of the row I had yesterday was that she was trying to tell me what to do to lose weight- that’s not my problem, I’m losing fine! 

Struggling today. Fatigue is so bad I’m struggling to stand up so it’s sofa day for me! 

Sunday’s food
B: Turkey rashers and tomatoes (HEXB + 4 for spread) decaf coffee with HEXA 
L: Chicken thighs, whole grain rice (2) salad. HiFi bar (3) 
D- Roast chicken, baby new potatoes, veg, gravy (4) Blueberries and yoghurt 
S: Crisps (6.5) 
Syns: 19.5

I know you have syns to spare @bubbs but LM rosemary and red onion sausages make good stuffing balls (cut in half and roll) for anyone who doesn't want to use syns for stuffing.

Evening all, got home from my friend's just before 5 so just in time to start cooking dinner!

Meal out was OK but not outstanding; some was SW friendly but some not!  G&Ts and wine consumed!  Need to tot up how many syns so far as today is probably going to be quite high as ending up having bread twice today!

How you feel better soon @evilsquid1603; there's a lot of colds and chest infections around.  Is it worth talking to your GP for some antibiotics if it's gone to your chest?  It's what I usually end up having to do.

@Mrs Ryan don't worry about your dress size you're losing weight which is the main thing.  That's why we all do SW.

Today's plan:

B - bacon sandwich - HEB; P; 3
L - beef & tomato sandwich; chocolate and coconut bar - P; S; 14
D - lamb shank; roast potatoes and veg; purple cauliflower (the last of it!) - S; F; 2

HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 3; granary bread 9; LTL mayo 0.5; chocolate and coconut bar 4.5; lamb shank 2

Definitely going to have to add up how many syns I've had so far so that I know how many/or few I have left to last until Friday morning!  Don't think it's going to be many.

What a palava, the delivery driver couldn't find us, so i went out hunting for them 😂

Dishwasher all fitted now and everything put back.

Maman i like LM sausage as sausage but not as anything else.

Denise everyone says that, even my sister keeps trying to give me tops, this will fit you she says, i say what size? 14 she says, i say it won't, she said it will because you have not got big boobs like me 🤣🤣
