If not , if you used a Gmail account , try an alternative like Hotmail , emailing it again to both the CCBC and claimants lawyer ( or claimant if no lawyer ) , checking for the auto email receipt back from the CCBC
It's ALWAYS important to check for receipt , not just submission , submission does not prove that it was received , the auto email receipt does that !
I did also receive one from DCBL however their reply says "thank you for contacting DCB Legal" not that they confirm receipt, so is that good enough or should I also be chasing them to confirm receipt?

Hello again
While I was on holiday, I received a letter to say it was referred to one court track, followed by another referring it to a different court. Both local, so no issue there, but I assume I now just await receiving the Judge's Directions?
I've had nothing further since, and those letters were dated about two weeks ago.0 -

Just one letter assigning it to one court, followed by another letter moving it to the other court.
Will let you know when I hear further0 -
Hello!
So it continues - I've now had the notice of allocation to small claims track.
It says the claimant must pay the £27 trial fee by 24th March, otherwise it'll be thrown out, although I assume that's pretty much a given right? How do I confirm they have paid it and the trial is going ahead?
The hearing is due to take place on the 21st April so how long have I got to file evidence, witness statements etc? I'll re-ready the sticky post too, to understand how to actually go about doing that.
It says it is in a block list, so is that significant or just normal practice?
thanks again

You should assume that the Claimant will pay the fee and be working now as if that is going to happen.Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.1

You won't know until the day which of those Judges will hear the case, or what order they will take them in.
