Can I join as a maintainer with a target to stay at my current weight +/- 2lbs? I understand if this isn't the right thread. My weigh in day is Monday.
you're welcome to join us I can add you to the chart with 2lb but if you want I can leave you on the chart but with no target. Having lost and regained I understand where you are coming from

Good morning (or whatever is the appropriate greeting when you read this) fellow losers.
I see that I lost four of the hoped for ten pounds last quarter. So that leaves a 6 lb loss to be achieved by 30 September.
BMI is now 21 but want it to be 20. When it was 34.5 the NHS calculator suggested daily calorie consumption of somewhere not much above 1500. I think I shall have to be at about that level more often this quarter than last: it was only in the 1500s or below 14 times in the last quarter.6 -
July 1st - Our son travelled nearly150mls to help his dad do some fencing, and stayed the night so I needed to do a decent tea for the pair of them. I had a small amount and no wine.
Today: lunch was just fruit for me and tea/dinner will be leftover pork and veg with a sugar free jelly afterwards.
I'm staying away from rice/pasta/bread and sugar, I don't eat potatoes (intolerance).Fortunately I don't need to do any cooking today so it should be easier to stay on track.
Little Voice; I would love my BMI to be 21 - maybe one day!!
I hope no one minds my postings of 'What I ate' It will be boring but it helps me to focus on the days when I overeat.6 -
You post what works for you zafiro
It must have been lovely to see your son you sound like a woman on a mission

That sad heap in the corner of the thread, covered in sackcloth and rubbing handfuls of ashes into her rolls of fat, is me.
I gave up last quarter as my life has gone crazy and what I am putting into my mouth is the last of my concerns. To be fair, I've not put on as much weight as I could have, but it is bad enough.
Accordingly, will you please let me back in? I will aim for losing 7lbs.
Thank you. x

Hello All
well not a good start for me, went shopping with Mum, has a chicken burger and shared some halloumi fries and onion rings with Mum and then Chinese takeaway for dinner 😮 will have to live on the exercise bike for the rest of the weekend and eat only carrot sticks 😂 hoping by the time I get to weigh day (wednesday) I'll have banished some of it!Nice to see you back Monna, I've missed your wise words x'You have brains in your head. Suffolksue well done on the 5.5lbs already lost
Honey do you grate the raw turnip? I do eat raw sweet potato but haven't tried raw turnip
I started the challenge by clearing a lurking pizza from the freezer for dinner last night then finishing some ice creamwell at least it's gone and I have a week to recoup. Today I'm being better especially as too much fat gave me self inflicted indigestion last night and i have freezer space
Yesterdays food...
1) Blue cheese butty and pears
2) Beef curry/brown rice. frozen Mullerlite yogurt (five for a pound in "Heron" at the moment.
Today...
1) Beans on wholemeal toast. Umpteen satsumas.
2) The last of the curry and another tiramisu yogurt and probably grapes.
So far so good!
