Please may I join ,I rejoined SlimmingWorld last week and lost 5.5 lbs in the first week ,it won’t happen again as have been out 3 times this week!
I have been lurking for a long time .
would like to lose 12lbs during the challenge (hopefully more )
my weigh in day will be Wed to given a check in between the Saturday ones in group .

I'm in again please - I'll go for 10lb again, weighing in on Mondays (theory being it keeps me behaving at weekends...)

Right! This is the plan.
Because my aim is to lower blood pressure as well as lose weight, I am ONLY going to eat whole foods, all fruit, vegetables, meat with fat off, fish, all pulses, unadulterated grains and cereals/all bran, Weetabix etc, soya milk, wholemeal bread.
Cheese limited to handful grated or enough to cover a butty, and nuts to a handful too.
I am including things like steak and kidney puds and battered fish, and white bread for bacon butties or french toast ONLY twice in a week, and limiting butter, sugar to two teaspoonfuls a day, and one blob of cream in a day.
Otherwise not counting the amounts or calories, and usually two meals a day.
I have painstakingly gone through the possibilities, and I think this is guaranteed to leave me in calorie deficit, but we shall see.
My target for this quarter is 12 pounds, please.8 -

1) poached egg on toast, pear, satsumas, raw turnip.
2) Beef curry, brown basmati rice, salad. fruit.6 -

Honey do you grate the raw turnip? I do eat raw sweet potato but haven't tried raw turnip
I started the challenge by clearing a lurking pizza from the freezer for dinner last night then finishing some ice creamwell at least it's gone and I have a week to recoup. Today I'm being better especially as too much fat gave me self inflicted indigestion last night and i have freezer space

Please add me again this quarter - I only need to lose 4lb to get back to where I was before lockdown (I had lost a bit before I joined this thread last quarter) so hopefully that should be do-able.8

Hello, my situation is slightly different in that I have lost 2'st7lbs this year to be at my target weight. I have been here before only to put it back on again in a short time
Can I join as a maintainer with a target to stay at my current weight +/- 2lbs? I understand if this isn't the right thread. My weigh in day is Monday.

you're welcome to join us I can add you to the chart with 2lb but if you want I can leave you on the chart but with no target. Having lost and regained I understand where you are coming from
