  • Slightly confused on how I need to report🤔😂 I'm down 3lbs this week but as I put on 2lbs last week do I record a 3lb loss or a 1lb loss?? Sorry for being a bit dim!! 🙈 
    Also lost another inch off my waist and 0.5in off my hips! 😊

    I don't care what I weigh!  I'm just happy that I was able to zip up my florescent orange trousers!!  Only had them for 2 years and despite being the same style and size as my purple ones and my green ones these have never been worn!  

    I'm taking this as a positive sign.  

    (colleague at work said he didn't notice me sitting at my desk - florescent orange trousers, pink footwear, bright yellow shirt, pink/orange/yellow/blue scarf.....how could he not spot me???)

    you just need to send me your week WI number in this instance -3lb and I'll do the maths for you when I update the chart and add the  o:) or  >:)  Well done on your 3lbs thats a great number  :)

    Brie I believe we should all do what works for us, sometimes we do it because we want to look and feel better and others because they are told they need to for health reasons.  What the scales say or your dress size are just numbers after all!
