Didn't you see that thread and realise that's how DCBLegal are operating? Shocking isn't it.  This is a numbers game that works because we estimate that 90% of people who get a parking claim (that arrives at the right address) give up and pay at court stage.

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

That is great news. Glad to hear it. There is a smiliar case where they are using those poor A4 signs. 

Their badly maintained car parks will not stand scrutiny in the courts.

Well done @akramir for sticking to your guns and well done everyone who assisted!  

It seems Wally didn't want to get whooped in court again and pay DCBL/ Elms through the nose for this recurring privilege when he fully knows he onto a loser (the case, NOT the defendant!) and his targeted mark wasn't someone who could be taxed or bullied into paying through threats or fear!  He only sings when he's winning - like you should be now!   Well done!

Great result this, Im after some help against Walton Wilkins, I took the case to the IAS but was dismissed. Basically I used one of his car parks to get to my autistic son who had been violently assaulted, phone stolen and taken to the local police station. I thought my mitigation circumstances would be enough as I viewed this as an emergency and a naïve hope that compassion would be shown over profit, until I researched his name :-(. Anyway I paid for parking but I was literally an inch over the line of the other bay (not paying attention under the circumstances) the bay also had a Pillar behind which would make parking extremely difficult (even the IAS confirmed this but still dismissed my claim)

One thing I have noticed and the IAS never picked up on although I mentioned it in the Adjudication is the sign they point out near my car is just a light blog then they submitted a pdf of there T&C's with Premier Parking Logistics on although the membership with the IPC is now trading as Premier Parking Enforcement. Would this be enough to win a court case against him?
