The IAS decided that a completely blank (sun-faded to absolutely zero lettering, no colour, not even any black ink) entrance sign was acceptable last month. It was in a PCM case I saw off forum. The victim was so scared she paid.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
