It is indeed difficult to understand that someone at DCBL thinks they can hoodwink a judge with such a sign ???
It's difficult to understand why IAS thought that this sign was acceptable. It could be inviting people to a ceilidh for all anyone would know.

The IAS decided that a completely blank (sun-faded to absolutely zero lettering, no colour, not even any black ink) entrance sign was acceptable last month.  It was in a PCM case I saw off forum. The victim was so scared she paid.

    All as expected.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Predictable stage. Just keep going through the required phases - that does NOT include contacting DCB Legal 'within 7 days'

This is all covered already in the Template Defence thread. Including the next form from the court (N180 DQ) that we ask people to just read the guidance in the NEWBIES thread that tells you about it.

Do come back to us at WITNESS STATEMENT stage.
