Sorry - is there an easy way to find out if they used POFA?

So I think you are asking me to check if the PCN was POFA compliant. Reading the newbies thread first post I checked here..

 

Looks like PCN was POFA compliant after checking through paragraph 8 (windscreen PCN):-

Yes that's it.  The NTK followed a windscreen PCN then, and has the keeper liability warning in 8(2)f?

What do I need to check in the notice to driver please?

Make sure the information matches that on the NTK. Same date, time, location, VRM etcetera.
