You have posted far too much information there.
Your Claim Number and your MCOL password are enough for anyone, including a rogue parking company's stooge, to file a rubbish and abusive Defence on your behalf.
We have seen it happen.

With a Claim Issue Date of 27th April, you have until Monday 16th May to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 30th April, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 30th May 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1 -
[for clarity - the OP has deleted the post I am responding to]
So in case they missed it the first time, you have once more posted your VRM and PCN number.akramir said:I also noted that it saying in the claim that the driver agreed to pay but did not.The allegation is that by parking the driver agreed to the terms of the contract. Those contract terms are the terms on the signs.Almost certainly there is a term on the signs stating something like "if the driver doesn't park in accordance with the rules then he agrees to pay £nn within 28 days...".
The last sentence in your most recent post tells the world who was driving.
Are you happy with that?2 -
As a matter of interest how long was the driver parked for? It was only a pick up.

What company is named on the signage at the site? Is it the same company as that named as the Claimant on the claim form?Jenni x1

The signage is poor and the driver could be mistaken for thinking that any signage referred to blocking the door from where deliveries would be dispatched.

Folks - is there anyone available to review/assist with filing defence for the registered owner here?We will do our best but would be awesome to get some assistance.
thanks!0 -
All the instructions are already contained in the previous post by @KeithP ... in fact your defence is already written for you; all you need to do is complete points 2 and 3 for your own facts. Simply read any of the many other claim threads here.
PS - there's no such thing as a Registered Owner. There can be a vehicle owner, but there is no register of owners. There is of course a register of Keepers! (You're at court stage - clarity of detail is important).Jenni x6
