PCN Received from New Generation Parking Management - Advice Required

I have an update.
I received this very official looking letter yesterday. I can't for the life of me work out what this letter is or who sent it.
I initially thought it was a court summons but there doesn't seem to be a venue/time/date specified anywhere.
But I have to respond in 14 days. I've posted main pages (there is also a 1-2 page application requesting income proof/financial means etc etc)
Any advice as to how I proceed ? Thanks

Forgive my ignorance but I have never received any kind of document like this before, so totally unaware of what it is and how to respond to it. Thanks again0

That is the claim paperwork from the CCBC. So the PPC have started proceedings.
Read the newbies thread on how to submit your AoS.2 -
As above, that is a N1 claim form and guidance is in the NEWBIE second post BUT you have left your password on show!3

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

I had to remove the form as I left some details on there.KeithP said:What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

I've reattached it.
Issue date is 14th Sept so only received yesterday. Not filled out anything yet as I've been looking at the Newbies Forum and struggling with things, like where I am in the overall scheme of things in that 2nd post & some of the terminology, like CCBC.

With a Claim Issue Date of 14th September, you have until Monday 3rd October to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 17th October 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.4 -

All (well most) acronyms are in the NEWBIE sticky, fifth post but look again at your claim form, can you see any words that look like CCBC such as County Court Business Centre?3
