The instruction is to you to tell them a) and b) although I doubt b) will have any influence over their decision/action but it also tells YOU to confirm your address for service (IF it is incorrect) with the PPC by sending a data rectification notice to the DOPO of the PPC.2

What's my next play? Many thanksSit tight. The next move is theirs.
You can do some prep by reading the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, which will get you ready for dealing with any Court Claim. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Regarding this paragraph:-
"A SAR is free. Ask for (as a minimum):
- ALL photos taken
- all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier
- if the car park was Pay and Display, ALWAYS ask for a PDT machine record from that day, of payments made (VRNs can be partially redacted but insist on getting this; follow it up if they refuse).
- all data held, all evidence they will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK
- and a list of all PCNs outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs, not several separate claims.
As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.
Your email tells the solicitor:
(a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
(b) I have sent your client a SAR
(c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses."
I did not receive any such information from the parking company. Should I email them again requesting it? Thanks

I did not receive any such information from the parking company. Should I email them again requesting it? ThanksNothing whatsoever from them? Is it more than 30 days since making your request?
If so, a reminder, giving them 7 days to respond, or you will lodge a formal complaint with the ICO. If no further/suitable/full response, make that complaint. Don't threaten anything you won't carry out! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. "Therefore, we need you to confirm your identity by way of documentation. We do not require the original document (a clear photocopy or photograph of the document will suffice) and we advise that you redact any financial or sensitive information that may be contained in the document, such as account numbers and/or your date of birth. We also do not need to see a photograph of you, so you may redact this if you wish, where applicable.
Documents we will accept to verify your identity are:
-Driving Licence
-V5C document
Furthermore, can you confirm the vehicle registration mark (VRM) of the vehicle you have received a Parking Charge for?
Once we are able to confirm your identity we will process your request within 30 days.
Kind Regards,
New Generation Parking Management"And I sent them a copy of the V5C document, same day, 14th June 2022. Not heard from them since.
