You are dealing with scammers, the IAS is a sham set up by a firm of low rent solicitors, this is not John Lewis.  Read this

Received this follow up ('Final Reminder') a few days ago

I ignore this at this stage and wait for Court summons?  I quite fancy the idea of going to court to argue this, but I would worry if I lost would I be lumbered with thousands of pounds of costs?

I know you guys are used to these sort of PCNs, threat letters etc etc, whereas it is new to me, I don't understand the language or jargon being used, even in some of the links you have sent.  I couldn't register with Pepipoo forum because I only have hotmail email addresses.

    Thanks

You won't get a court summons - that applies in criminal cases.  If this gets as far as a court claim, it will be a money claim on line (MCOL). You're a long way from any court case - it won't happen at least until the new year 2022. Be aware though, they can strike at any time in the six years following the parking event.

I think you're watching too many American court dramas!  You need to read up on this stuff before you manage to scare yourself witless and end up paying the PCN.

~£200 - as @D_P_Dance has already said above.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Anyone, and everyone, can register on Pepipoo.
Just set up a gmail email address specifically for this 'project'.
Though having said that, why do you need Pepipoo?

I love court room dramas!!  I'm not scared at this point, just find the reading to be done a bit daunting.

Unless it's not a great scan, they seem to have removed the 'Can't Pay, We'll Take It Away' banner 'frightener'.  Another superficial attempt at painting the pit head white, coincidental with the MHCLG debt collection charges consultation?
