The unlimited bundle has a fair use policy of 500mb so they are the same thing.

It seems that "unlimited" has a completely different meaning for companies like telecoms and ISPs. I'm waiting on the next wave of "unlimited" services such as electricity and gas.

Does anyone know if Orange sales would do a deal with a new customer or would they give discount, to employees of corporate customers? Do they price match other networks e.g. Vodafone sim only 1 month, £20, 600mins, unlimited txts & 500mb internet?

    Hi lufcgirl :)
On my last upgrade I managed to get:
    600 min
    unlimited texts
unlimited internet ( I dunno if you remember but orange offered it for a week and i managed to upgrade to it halfway through my contract before my actual upgrade)
    30 free photo messages
    free htc touch diamond

    all for £15 a month ( £15 loyalty discount)

my upgrades due in end of feb,
I wanna stay on the same price plan, possibly cheaper if possible, I dont mind less minutes, but want a pretty damn good phone :p
Do you think this is possible?

Hi, I've been trying to decide what phone (and price plan) to move on to for ages after my contract ended with Orange late last year.

I decided for an HTC Hero, and the best online deals I found were £30 for unlimited texts, 300 minutes + 500MB/unlimited internet and a free phone.

I just rang Orange, and got the above deal (including the free phone and insurance) for £20.99 per month for 18 months!! Very pleased, no need to say I went for it immediately.

My contract runs out in Feb and I'm stuck looking for a new contract.

I renewed with Orange 18 months ago via retentions and got:

1200 mins, "unlimited" texts, "unlimited" internet, magic numbers and a Sony phone for free for £30pm (should've been Panther 45, but got £15 loyalty discount). I've been told by Orange that come february my contract will rise back up to £45pm - does anyone know if I'll get a good deal again?

I only need about 500 mins, 500 texts and "unlimited" internet - but I'm not willing to pay more than £20pm.

To be quite blunt, you'll not get anywhere near that plan with a good phone for free. I don't even know what you'd be offered, but if you've only spent £15 p/m, you won't have built up much loyalty for your upgrade.

Best deal I've seen is to retain an exisiting customer that my colleague did today, was 800 mins, unlimited texts, unlimited BB internet for £20 p/m. She had built up double what most customers have for an upgrade though, but amazing deal!

Hi lufc girl, well I'm only spending £15 a month because of my £15 loyalty discount? ( Although most of my bills seem in the £17-£20 mark with the odd £30 one)
I just want to stay on the same contract really and get a new phone (Y)
