Another week gone by, still no refund so I’m going to call them today. I’m not confident they’ll not take another payment on the 1st.
Payday has been and I’m happy I wouldn’t have been in my overdraft without that payment taken out. It’s my birthday next week and I usually get some chocolates and a candle so I’m not looking for treats for myself this month.
Ill be getting another £25 voucher next week too so I’ll exchange it for a supermarket and get anything treat wise I want with that too.My gas and electricity bill has been lowered because I’m in credit. I’ve tried to increase it again but they won’t because they said I’ll go too much money into credit. I know I won’t though as we’re approaching winter. I don’t want to end up in debt and then them double the bill but they computer won’t swap it over.I’m having the living room decorated this week. The fire has been completed so I need to get the rest done. It does mean my relaxing weekend will need to take things off the wall!

Morning, is it a direct debit payment, if so I would cancel just to be sure there’s no mix up.Maybe create a goal in your bank account for electricity/gas and put extra away - that’s what I’ve being doing just now as my old supplier went bust and new supplier only asked for meter reads yesterday but I’ve got money put away for when I get the bill through.
Will be nice getting livingroom decorated.Enjoy your day x2 -

Hi as Parkyp says do a belt and braces job and cancel your direct debit. There is no reason why your credit score should be affected and if this continues you can put in a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman for the stress of them taking unsolicited amounts and then not refunding your promptly.2
