Well the refund saga continues! They called me today having reviewed why the money was taken and the overdraft fees which came out today at £1.69 and have refunded me a further £50 for my inconvenience. I’m made up with that. It’s not renowned for its customer service this particular bank but it’s done me well. I’ll be saying how well it handled it afterwards. They couldn’t have apologised enoughSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Today has been a lovely surprise of opening cards. I’ve ended up with £115 which is well beyond what I ever expected or thought.
DD got my mum to find a decoration that I had seen and then had sold out. She’s so thoughtful and caring. She’s described it to my mum and my mum found one for her.Tonight will be chilled. Half term and birthday relax. I’m hoping to get away from work early enough to get the PJ set and then really relaxXSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
