    Thank you!

The outgoings are all the same, ut is the incoming that change dependent on what I work and when. I have 10.paydays in a month. Hard to manage!

That is an idea I plan to try.

Hi, if you have any savings can you move the amount you are normally paid on your pay date and then pay savings back over the month? Vx

Yes, I could also do this. The temptation for me would be go spend the savings!

When Mr SA was working he was self-employed so his income varied a lot from month to month, it wasn't easy to budget. What helped though was getting a month ahead of ourselves, it took a fair bit of time but once it was done it made budgeting a lot easier.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

I have thought about that and that is going to hopefully be the solution. It is just getting there!

Do you have an emergency fund? Just wondered if you could use any other savings to get month ahead knowing you have emergency fund to fall back on until you save up again

    Debts

    Nationwide Loan - £9,441/£11,000

    Credit Card - £4145.18/£3623.18

Dad Loan £7,000/£7000 - Payments on hold

    Savings

    Emergency Fund - £1000/£1000

I do however, have some work planned and my car has just decided to have multiple issues. Otherwise that would have worked.

It is because I have multiple jobs that pay weekly and some at other odd time.

then I can only suggest halting overpayments on everything and work on getting a month ahead and pay yourself on whatever day of month majority of expenses come out and have your "month" start on that date. You may find that easier to manage going forward longer term then.

Thanks for the help with budgetting. Very much appreciated.

I have finished second extras of summer job and I am now on thirds. They aren't giving as many as I have asked, but that is about fairness to everyone, so I don't mind. I ask to see if there are any more but sometimes you have to wait to get some.

I am using the money for some of the house work taking place and also some things with DD. We have a theatre trip booked and a meal out booked as well. I also have some courses coming up that I will be doing so using the money for that. The money is currently spent!! That is why extras would be great. I love having this option every year though. It helps so much with work, holidays and luxuries I wouldn't usually buy. I have to set aside a little money for myself as well, otherwise it feels pointless working so hard and getting up at 5.30am. I usually say £100 for some bath stuff, chocolate and gin.

Decluttering is going well for house things however, my business stuff is getting more and more. I need the shed storage units to be ordered and built so the house can be decluttered of anything business. Not sure when I will get round to it. Hopefully, summer!

Not sure how everyone else is coping in the heat. My hay-fever is like nothing I have experienced before. I am on the maximum dose of tablets (I have hypersensitivity) So I am allowed 720mg of antihistamines a day on very bad days (these are consultant prescribed and monitored). Even with my high dose, I am still struggling.

Tomorrow is my day off from work so it will be summer work day instead!

Does anyone have a Cricut machine as well that they can recommend?

Hoping to get some sleep today!
