Got up early, but sadly, they had all sold. It was a good price so I'm not surprised.
I've continued the bed apart from the one screw. It's testing my patience. It's threaded so that's why it is causing the issue. The rest of the bed is dismantled and ready to be moved to the garage. I've cleaned around the bed and now waiting on delivery of the office stuff next week. I did ask my dad to help, but think I should be able to manage it come Wednesday when it's delivered.
I've got around £50 to last me until Tuesday. I've got nothing planned to come out so hopefully I can stay out the overdraft.

Morning,
I've got around £14 to last till Tuesday. It's my parents anniversary today so i paid for a gift for them. I have parking at DD's class this morning so.thats £2.30. I'll not have a coffee there to save money this morning. I shouldn't need fuel and that will be enough to get me to and from her dad's drop-off tomorrow.
Monday I'll need to do a walk somewhere. We've been picking blackberries a few times a week and that's been great for getting out.
Just about to put the washing on the line as well.September 2017 Debt = £25330

Found £20 in another bank account, so I transferred it across. That leaves me with around £33.
Went through my bank and cancelled all my lottery subscriptions. That's £27 a month more for me. The chances of winning are slim, so I'll take my chances. I'm still playing one very local lottery, and I'll keep to that one. I've won a few hundred on that one a good few times. It's small, and I'll stick with it.
I'm going to use my last summer money to pay for the office and clear off more of that credit card. I'll be so glad when it's gone. I think I'll throw a party when I pay this one off. Its the one that's always lingered for 5 years and I've never fully accepted it as my debt. I'll deffo be having a glass of wine or two to celebrate this one going.
Have a lovely Saturday evening.September 2017 Debt = £25330

It's not very often that I reflect on life with someone else, there never seems to be a point. Tonight I was thinking that if I did live with someone else, then my level of surplus income would be beyond anything I could imagine. I never dwell on the things that can't be, but every so often I allow my thoughts to wander. At least that God damn card would be paid off, that's for sure!!!!

Its true that 2 wages coming in makes things easier .....as long as you are both of similar mindsets. You only have to read the diaries on here to realise some poor souls have been completely unaware of debts their partner is racking up, the anguish that some go through trying to hide money issues from partners, the way some couples work their money separately when they earn widely different salaries yet the richer one feels the other should be able to do the same etc etc. At least you can comfort yourself with the knowledge you are in complete control - if you want to cutback you can, if you want to change priorities one month you can.
So I'd say that the goddam card might be gone, might be bigger, who knows.. but with your focus, on your own it will definitely be gone soon!
