The office is done! The new worktop arrived and it was fine so all fitted and computer added to it.

Summer money will pay for a chair when I get paid the remaining. The rest will pay off the god damn credit card and replenish the money I've already spent on getting the stuff.

Refund wise no other movement with it being Sunday. Still owed £100.

Glad your office is done!  Will be brilliant once your get your chair as well.  Much better to have a dedicated space for working.

It feels so much better in there already. I cleaned the carpet as well.

Plus, I don't have anywhere to dump anything so I need to put it away!

Got DD the finishing school items today. Shoes, lunch box, PE kit. I'll need to get her a winter coat but not really needed at this atte although the rain now might say otherwise.

I've mowed the lawn, washing done, all dry, cleaned the carpets a second time as there was still a bit needed. I've also cleaned downstairs, posted a few items, paid in some cash I had and packed up the faulty paddleboard ready to be collected tomorrow.

DD has a cornet lesson later and then I think bath and rest. I've just got soaked bringing in the rabbit that insisted on sitting in the Full on rain.

I need to do upstairs and downstairs windows this week and also varnish the island. I didn't do it with the worktops.

Money is okay. Still waiting on refunds to come in. With paddlebaord it's, £230 owed.

Tonight will consist of reading, relaxing and probably under my blanket.

Yesterday was a bit of a lazy day. I returned the carpet cleaner, took something to the post office and that was about it.

My car needs two new back tyres so I'll be sorting that today. I went to the garage yesterday with it and it should be done today.

I also need to get some shopping in.

Two back tyres are now replaced. The front will likely need doing in a few months they said. Gives me time to save up.

I visited the furniture shop to return the items I forgot last time. I went in and replaced them with a few needed bits.

I did the weekly shop as well. Every time I go in, I see the prices still rising. I was hoping it would start to tail.off, but it's not done.

Reflux still causing me issues. I've contacted the Dr today any they are going to do some tests. I already have an appointment for the results and I've not even had the tests yet. I'm just grateful something is being done.

Still owed £73 in refunds. It's started to come in now so gradually reducing. X

Only one refund remaining now. That's £43 left to get back. Its not been issued yet and I have it down to chase it on Tuesday.

I cleaned the upstairs windows yesterday and cleaned a few bits upstairs. I've also taken the cushions off the sofa and hoovered that.

I needed some special diet foods that aren't available in the cheaper supermarkets so i visited a big one. Free from products are through the roof in price.

I have a blood test tonight at 8.20pm. Had to check a few times that I had the right time, but i do.

Tomorrow DD has her club first thing and she's with her dad Sunday for the day so I'm planning on doing something for me. Not sure what yet, but it'll be just a bit of chill time.

I've noticed it's started to go colder at night. I have the door open so the rabbit can come in and out. I've got a heated blanket that is great and I think will be very much needed.

Not much else happening. Cc has had another payment so now down to £1249. I'm hoping to have it gone in September.

8.20pm for a blood test sounds strange but our GP practice now does blood tests in a hotel over longer time period so maybe this is more common now to have evening appointments.
