    Evening,

Had an offer on one of my items. I wanted £500 and got offered £550. After fees it is £488 so almost the £500. It has been paid for and I’ve got it ready to post now. I have a bid on another item for £20 so slowly building it up. That will pay the £297 card as well as part of the loan off. It’s a huge start anyway. Most other sales will keep me out of my overdraft after these. I’ve bought more of DD’s uniform so need to account for that £100 and ensure that’s done with the little sales. The money will be in my account by Tuesday.

It’s a huge start in the right direction and leaves August free to pay extra on the loan. That’s the start of the 10 month to loan free period. It might be 11 months as Christmas is an expense I’ll have to factor in.

My only regret is not doing this last October eye. I took it out, but I did have the kitchen to pay for up until it was completed in March. I need to not be so hard on myself really. I’ve started it now and that’s all that matters.

Have a good evening everyone x

Never have regrets about the past just change the present and the future.
You’ve struck it lucky with that sale that was really quick to. Well done 👏👏
Really sunny and warm here again, weather said cloudy but it’s been full sunshine since 10 o’clock and about 26 degrees. I managed an hour outside to finish my book before the heat was too much for me 🤣.  The front of the house sits in the shade after 11am and  I get sun in the back garden till late. So my living room is nice and cool.
Did you mange to get out on your bike of was your arm too sore x

    Morning everyone,

I’m sat in the garden enjoying a cup of tea. It’s so calm out here. I have noticed a huge increase in plane traffic though the last few days. I live near a big airport and I’ve heard a lot going over.

I got the item out and checked it over before getting ready to post it. It’ll be sent in the morning first thing.

I have a couple of bids on the smaller items so maybe around £40-50 for those things. That will sit in my account though and cover the extra uniform.

Busy day today and maybe it will end with a ride out. We shall see!

Was having a think this morning and time is the most precious thing we have yet we don’t often place value on it. Makes me look at my possessions in a different way.

    Take care everyone x

    Morning,

Post office run this morning to post the item and the ring back to the lady. I waited for the site to contact me and they haven’t done so I contacted her back directly. She was very grateful and isn’t in the best position so I’m posting it today for her to try and sell again. She wanted the money to buy her baby a playmat. I had an Amazon voucher so I’ve used that to send her a playmat for the inconvenience. I needed to put a few pounds to it but it’s the least I could do. I’ve not told her it’s from me and if she doesn’t like it, she can also sell it and then buy one she does like.

Money from the sale will be ready tomorrow. Then card is paid and partial loan payment.

I’ve sold another item for £25 to a friend so that will cover half of DD’s uniform. I’ve listed another item today and have one to list tonight so that should cover the bits I need too.

this week is going to be big for paying things off. Exactly what I need to keep me motivated. X

    Evening all,

Tonight is the last night of the credit card as I’ll be paying it off tomorrow as soon as I get paid.

I’ll work be listing a couple of items for sale tonight and tomorrow. Nothing extravagant just some bits of DD’s uniform that aren’t that worn but won’t fit her. Her shoes that haven’t been worn much as well.

I’ve contemplated listing one set of patio furniture. I don’t need to keep two sets and I might as well get half my money back. I’ll pay it off the loan. Another sale of £40 today as well so that’s £65. That will pay for the school uniform I bought.

I have one huge job to do this summer and that is get all the boot sale things out and list them as a job lot for sale. I haven’t got time to do a boot sale with DD and booking it all in so I’m going to list it as a collection. Same with her DVDs as we have Disney and  Netflix so no point holding on to them.

I’m fully committed to paying off the loan now. I want to have it down to 5k by Christmas. Not going to be easy as that’s 4K in 5 months with Christmas as well but it’s a possibility and one I’m aiming for.

I need shopping tomorrow. I’ve run out of rabbit food again so that’s a must. The cheaper supermarkets don’t sell it so I’ll need to do the big one. Hopefully I won’t be tempted by anything!

Have a good evening everyone x

Thank you SA. Today is the day! I’m normally really good with the card but the last few months have been awful spending on it! X

Morning everyone, hope everyone is ok

Hopefully get paid later today. I’ve decided to hold off paying the credit card a couple of days in case he says there’s an issue. I know there isn’t and sent pictures showing what he requested even after I’d accepted the offer but want to make sure. Otherwise they’ll take the money out of my account and It will put me in my overdraft massively. It will be paid this week though.

I’m listing another few items this week. Here’s hoping. By the next time I get paid, I’m wanting to reduce my loan term by at least an extra month.

All bills out on the 1st so I’ll know where I stand money wise then.

Have a good day everyone x

  • A*azon sell the good rabbit food cheaper than P*ts at home.

I paid 100 off the wrong CC but oh well!

I have a big CC to pay off. Ugh. Your selling and loan plans sound so good, very organised. XXX
    Nevertheless she persisted.
