    Morning everyone,

Having a relax this morning watching TV. I’d prefer to be sat in the garden but it’s raining so no hope of that. I don’t have a parasol to sit out in. In the future I could look at a gazebo of some kind so I can sit out in the winter and the summer if it’s not too cold.

Accounts are low but the money I’m expecting in will be okay to sort that. Two items with bids on so I should be ok to pay off some more of the loan too. I need to pay off another £189 to have doubled the payment for this month. I’ll be happy when this is done as this month I was resigned to just paying off part of the credit card. Instead I’ve paid that off and some of the loan.

Just hoping I can sustain this now. 10 months of cut backs can take its toll.

    Morning,

95% of bills now out which has put me in my overdraft. I expected to be in it but not as much as I am. I’ll have to look again to see what I’ve missed. It’s by £140 so not thousands but still shouldn’t be happening. Overpaying and me means I usually do this as I miss something and think I can pay more.

The good news is that I do have money coming in this week
£20 on the next few days
£200 bid on a sale so that should come in
£84 in my bank on Saturday and then payday the week after.

The £65 I am owed won’t be for another few weeks yet so I can’t count that.

I might have to not pay as much off my loan. I wanted another £189 but that will just likely put me back in my overdraft so I think I’ll settle for £50. That way I’m out of my overdraft and have overpaid by around £1100 extra this month.

If I count my normal payments, I think I’ve cleared £2500 of debt this month alone. I don’t have the funds or things to sell to do that every month but it’s set me in the right position.

Next summer I’m hoping to get back the extra summer work I normally do. That will clear at least part of another debt.

Hospital appointment this morning. DD is at sports club again today. I made it so she was booked in whilst I had physio. She asks to go but I just select the days I put her in.

We have a few nice things coming up over the next few weeks.

    Afternoon everyone,

I forgot about the £58 I am due as well so that will bring me right down. I have also managed to register online to view my loan so can now track its progress. It doesn't seem like it has made much headway but that should hopefully change as the months progress. Certainly by Christmas there should be a huge dent in it. I think about the beginning it feels like an impossible task because there isn't much movement. I just have to keep going and know that in a few months there will be a lot of movement.

Have a lovely evening everyone. x

    Morning,

an item is due to end in 13 minutes and it’s nowhere near where I want it to be. I’ll have to let it go for the price it is but I wanted at least another £50. I had an offer that amount but decided to let the auction run it’s course. It’s the furniture set so I was hoping for 50% money back. I’ve got a lot of watchers but only one bid of the initial £200. Maybe some last minute bids will come in but I can’t see it with it being early on a Tuesday morning.

Have a lovely day everyone. X

Well it did have a few last second bids and went for £235. He has paid as he has picked it up so I’ll pay it into the bank on Thursday. They’re not open tomorrow.

I always forget about my other account which has money in so not actually in my overdraft by much. I’ll be out of it by Thursday and covered totally by Saturday. I’ll also be able to make another £100 loan payment. £89 short of my target but it will do this month.

I’ll get there. It takes time to clear what takes seconds to spend. I need to remember that when spending! How long will it take to clear this should be the question I ask!

I’m enjoying the last of the sun in the garden with a nice Tequila beer.

    Enjoy everyone

  • You have done brilliantly Willow, that is an amazing bit of paying off!  and I am glad the item went for more than two hundred :):)
    Nevertheless she persisted.

    Thanks Buffy,

    I’m really trying.

I’ve asked my parents if they want the cash and pay into my bank. They prefer paying in cash so it makes perfect sense. They’ll take it tomorrow and then put the money into my account tomorrow.

    Overdraft cleared tomorrow!
