    Morning,

I’m off now for a good few weeks. Time to sort, recoup and get my head ready for all the changes. A mixture of fun and time to relax too.

Happy holidays! I hope that you have a lovely relaxing time.  I've put off having my living room decorated until spring. It'll last and having the fences replaced decimated my emergency fund so something had to give.

    Thanks everyone.

Today has been lovely. Nice weather and DD has had a good day too. The rabbits did eat my breakfast though as I was just going to get my coffee. Little rascals jumped all over it eating it.

Just heard thunder so potential of rain. I hope so as it needs to cool down a little! It’s started to get a bit of a breeze which is great.

lots of positives happening this week. Mostly my mental side just sorting through and compartmentalising things. Sorting out my three year plan to give myself the ideas I need and strategies to move forward bit by bit.

i saw a low budget shop selling cheap school uniform so went in today to check the quality of it and it’s actually pretty good. I bought PE kit, lunch box, some other bits and tights. Now I just need shoes and socks. I can get them later in August though. I’m pleased I’m sorted with uniform.

Still got £442 to raise to pay off CC. It’ll happen in the next few weeks. I have the determination to do it.

First of the extra money should be in my account today. £145. Just need to find just under £300 to make it happen and then start on the loan.

10 months of £500 extra payments plus whatever else I can spare should clear it.

The next focus after that is going to be hard to decide as they’re all relatively low ish. I might split it between my mortgage and car and then pay that off.

The £289 payment I save won’t be spread over the new payment as I also want to see a benefit of paying things off. The £500 will continue to be shared across the remaining debt. The odd month I might do but the remaining months I’ll use it for DD and I to do something nice.

Will update later whether it arrived or not!

    Evening everyone,

£145 arrived and it went straight off the card. That’s £297 left to find this month. I’ve got lots listed for sale and an extra few items to list in the next few days. If they all
eold, it would be nearly £1500 but some are niche and not likely to sell at the minute so I’m hoping for around half this.

I’ve got a lot of interest in one item that’s listed at £500. I should hopefully sell that and then my card is paid and I have money for my loan to pay off. Then all the other sales are loan extras.

I’d like to invest in something a little so I’m going to pull a small percentage back and invest in that.

my tutoring client has gone away for the summer but today I got a lead and it’s worked out so I start next week. That will be great. It goes into my business account and I’m saving up
for a new laptop as the one I have is awful. It’ll be a few months before I have enough but that’s ok. I can hold off.

I’m actually feeling quite positive mentally about money and seem to have my focus back. I’ve given myself 3 years or I have to downsize the house and that seems to have motivated me.

    Got lots done today.
    Garden work
    Cleaned out rabbits
    hoovered downstairs
    read a book
    relaxed in garden too
Did some online selling as well. That takes time taking pictures.

    Take care everyone x

Is it only on eBay you sell. Fingers crossed you get some sales. You’ve managed to get a lot done even time to read, well done x

    Thank you Parky,

No, I try other places too. I’ve found some to be easier than Others though! Some are a pain to deal with!
    Fingers crossed x

    Morning everyone,

Hope you are all okay. Listed another item last night and then will list another over the weekend.
DD is out with her dad today. Not sure of times yet but was hoping to get out on my bike. My arm isn't in the best condition this morning though and I am so frustrated by it all. It looks like it will rain as well today.

The items aren't moving at the pace I want them too, but it is high value items so I can't expect them all to go. I have some little bits on and I am hoping that they do sell as the little things also build up and that card needs to be lowered.

I think I am doing okay as it was over £900 on the 15th and I have got it down to £297. I really need to get it to 0 though and this will happen if I can get the sales to go through. Fingers crossed.

Will try to keep it going and see if there is anything else I can list that I don't want. x
