So, I made a hash of the online application process so have pestered the life out of the case workers on the helpline. Sent documents on 27th July and have had an email to say probate application has been approved. Seeing as nothing has gone right I am not sure whether to believe it. The application was 'stopped' last Friday for reasons no one knows and was in a queue with cases going back to April. The grammar in the email confirmation isn't the best but then again no-one teaches it anymore. Let's hope the grant appears. Maybe they just want me to stop pestering them!1

Jamesn6 said:I found out today that my application had been put on hold pending documents just 3 days after submission and on the same day I got email confirmation documents received - although not attached to case. I have got it unheld I think but I should have asked them to find out why it got held in the first place and why I didn't get an email saying the documents were needed. I was a bit scared to do anything that might mean it loses its place in the queue. The documents are attached to the case now but I havent had another email to say so.0

I imagine it's because the poster admits in a previous post that they have " pestered the life out of the case workers on the helpline."
