YesActually bias in favour of mothers ended many years ago. The Courts directions are now pro contact with both parents. Though contact doesn't mean at the detriment to the child's well-being. Contact takes many forms, contact centres, letters, phone calls right up to overnight visits and school holidays.Throwing a tantrum and refusing to cooperate with what's recommended gets fathers nowhere, may as well kick themselves in the balls because it will end up no contact.0
