Did you not check the likes of Carwow etc beforehand?0 -
Did I forget to say it’s a PHEV,

Currently making sure 25 plus are being booked in and vaccinated, so yes I thought i would treat myself with a new car. Yes I am very angry with myself for not noticing the error, very 😡. I bought car cause of low mileage and if I had known, then no I probably wouldn’t have purchased it or might have bargained some more. What irks me is that in the same breath I am told car is still being used, and then on the paperwork they make a mistake and not declare the actually mileage? Am I missing something. Yes it’s my fault.2

Someone kindly sent this link
https://www.themotorombudsman.org/case-studies/mileage-misrepresentation- “The paperwork clearly showed the incorrect mileage, and the consumer was entitled to rely on this.
- Test drives are not about verifying details on the paperwork, but about getting a feel for the car, and checking that its specification and characteristics meet a buyer’s requirements.“

Lets say they refund you - which i'd have thought was the best case scenario - and you go forth to find a similar miles replacement. Cheapest with 3K miles is this one at £28,500 ish

Are you happy to personally pay an extra £1,500 to get that very low miles?0 -

The PHEVs are much dearer.
