I've been doing that too - I was *almost* at 400 but not quite.  I've also done some unsubscribing.  Made my tea (roast veggies with salmon skewers).  Trying to rest still so I haven't ironed.

Hello ladies, sorry i've been awol but have been reading along, glad you're on the mend Valli and it wasn't the dreaded C word. It's been a very productive day today, mostly outdoors in the lovely sunshine, cleaning walls, de-weeding, etc. Also a WM x1 hung out, dried, ironed and put away  Cleaned the bathroom too, the sun must've gone to my head.
No news re my OH still waiting to hear from Newcastle for his splenectomy.

Evening all,
Three huge trugs of old paperwork shredded and in the recycling bin ready for collection tomorrow. Also got rid of an outgrown kids scooter and two large garden items. Mega flingage 😀😀
I have finished my book and started another - Wolf Hall, which has been on my 'to read' list for ages.

Woke up needing the loo.  Nipped into study to log into Drs system and book appointment online.  Pleased at own cunning, now have appt booked.  Even though it's half term I need a fit note, so that should be sorted later on.

 I'm itchy ... I think I may have thrush.  Not sure because, up to now, that's something I've avoided.  Must add to list for my chat with the doc.

Valli - those probiotic yoghurt drinks really really help with thrush; drink two a day at least until it’s gone x

Managed to leave WAC ; have just woken up at my usual wake up time.   Not getting up yet, though.
looks like we're in for a gorgeous, sunny day.

I was going to tell you that I kept myself awake with my wheezing last night,  but I don't want to set Naggy Nora off, so I won't mention it 😉

Back to the paid stuff today and on countdown to my hospital trip next Tuesday. I'm showered,  dressed, breakfasted and my lunch is packed. My bed is made and I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling before I set off.
