Morning All,
Kaz - how is he this morning? xx
Piggers - what did you decide about MiL and Squeak? xx
Fayolle - how is DD (and you of course) this morning? xx
The sky's awake (as are the chickens and DS!) so I'm awake. DW unloaded, I have damp dusted the living room and I am crazy hot already. The children are going to the park later with some school friends and one of the mums, so I will have an hour with my book whilst they're out. I hung the washing out last night before bed, no doubt it will be dry by 10am. Two weeks ago we had the fire lit, typical British summer!
Have fab days all x10 -
Morning all
We have made a last minute decision to go out for the day tomorrow and make the most of the weather so today there is a bit of a list to tackle! First things first, cuppa and some brekkie...
back later with a progress report, hugs to all x9 -
Morning xx
Typical! I've dragged myself out of bed to go to work for the last four days; today I'm wide awake at 5.15...but I refused to get out of bed until 6.30. I love my bed
Couldn't wait any longer for a brew though. I love my morning brewSo I'm up, I've made my bed, brought down the laundry hamper and I'm savouring my brew.
I seem to have my Pollyanna head on today - but the specs are not rose tinted enough. Whilst my bedroom is looking better than it's done for years, the kitchen looks like a tornado went through neglected.
Love to you all. One day at a time lovely ladies xx

I've sorted the laundry into loads and set the first load swishing. Cleared the airer and put it away. Cleared the draining board ready for pot washing later. Eaten toast, and I'm now savouring brew 2.
I've had a robin, a woodpigeon, a starling and a blackbird sit on the fence while I've been sat here. Bird breakfast will be served when I'm dressed - don't want to frighten the NN's children

Morning all
Kaz - I know it’s a worry when they come home and you are responsible, but I’m sure your OH will appreciate just being at home, and not having the constant disruptions of hospital, especially at night. Make sure you know who to call if you have a concern, don’t just sit and worry. Hugs xx
Hugs to all at Pigpen’s xx
Thanks for asking, ASB - DD was exhausted last night after her few hours at work, but she is going back in this morning, so can’t be all bad. DH is off to big city to visit an elderly relative who had an op last week. I am going to be home alone!! I need to fly, indoors and out, but in reality will probably sit and worry about the both of them. Yes, I am a lost cause.Having brew one, after a disrupted night’s sleep due to the jab, and getting the shivers. Disappointing as I was looking to a good night’s sleep like I had with the first one! Need to push DH out the door, rouse DD, then think about what I need to do. A visit to the beach (empty, of course) sounds bliss - I don’t think I’ve seen the sea for 2 years - but day dreaming will have to happen later.
Have a lovely day all. The sun is shining here, the birds are noisy, it’s going to be a warm one xx9 -
I'm dressed! Fed the birds, put out the recycling, pegged out the first load (it's already HOT out there), set second load swishing, decanted seed and meal worms into container and put a net curtain in the cs bag. I've also checked the weather forecast for here and converted it into numbers that I can understand: 60 now, climbing to nearly 70 by 2pm. Twot for Roundtuit!!!!

Morning all. Hugs where needed.
I was also up early and so far I have done dailies, walked dogs, bathed dogs, put posters up round village, done some volunteer stuff, taken a parcel to PO and had a long chat with DD.
I need to change the sofa covers and do some gardening before meeting with friends later.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
I've been swabbed! And I'm now self isolating until Tuesday.
Second load has been pegged out after being shaken hard - darn tissues, darn pockets, why is it always a darn dark load. Mutter mutter.
