So this week I sent £70 to my loan and there were no interest updates, hmmm... Maybe they only calculate interest monthly after the DD which is tomorrow, let's see.
I made £12.50 today with Shepper then Mr ordered pizza for dinner. Win some, lose some I guess. It wasn't even that tasty. 😏
I'm really happy that I'm keeping with running/workouts, it helps that I now have the half hour free before work. I did a Fitness Blender dumbbell supersets workout today, I know I will be super sore tomorrow so the plan is to do some gentle yoga.
Another auction item is being collected tomorrow, slowly getting there. I still have to list some items but the EF is already going up.
I'm due for my 6 monthly dentist appt but only £20 in the dentist pot, I might make an appt for July 30th to include it in next month's budget.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

Had a weekend of eating cr4p, lots of crisps, cake and pizza. At least the pizza was home made
I installed Olio again to give it another go and there are a few food waste heroes in walking/running distance, I have collected some mushrooms, radishes, potatoes and pitta bread this morning during my after-school-run-run. The pitta was mouldybut everything else was fine. We have some leftover mushrooms from the pizza yesterday, so I'm going to make a soup later.
The interest for the loan this month was only 2 thirds of what was last month. Not sure if it was because the overpayments or because last month was the first payment ever and it was about a month and a half after the loan was agreed, maybe that's where the difference is coming from? I think I won't make any overpayments this month just so I can compare July and August interest.
I sold a few more items, I need to go into town at lunchtime to deposit the cash before it's being frittered. I will keep £15 to collect 3 Wasgijs from FB tomorrow. While I'm in town I'm going to do some Shepper jobs, there were quite a few available this morning and they keep sending emails that they will add loads more tomorrow. Any money I make with them will go towards CC.
I hope you all have a lovely week!

@Naomim it's an app where you get small tasks/jobs. The ones I had recently were going to shops and check the lottery display, you usually need to take pictures but most of them don't involve talking to anyone.

I just realised debt busting and keeping fit go hand in hand for me. On Monday morning I ran to pick up some veggies from an Olio FWH, then at lunchtime I went into town and did several Shepper jobs. They were all in different parts of the town centre and I walked as much as I could/had time, I totalled just over 21k steps by the end of the day. Go me!
I did some more Shepper jobs yesterday but only got to 14k steps, still much better than usual. This morning I ran to a different FWH to pick up some sourdough bread (I'll have some toasted with the soup I made from Monday's veggies) and I'm already at 11.5k steps. I'm also doing more Shepper jobs at lunchtime but it will be mostly driving, sadly the project has ended so these will probably be the last ones for a while.
So with Shepper going so well and a few more FB sells my target for the month is to make another £50 somehow and cover the Paypal credit in full before payday. I had £200 allocated for it in next month's budget which will now go towards my birthday and some fun activities with the boys during the summer holiday. Didn't have any surveys in the last couple of weeks, hopefully they will pick up and help me reach my target.
I collected the Wasgij puzzles yesterday and started one, I love them! Mr joined me last night, Boy1 said it was too hard and apologised for not helping me, Boy2 helped me and I wish he didn't
Tesco sent an email the other day with free entries for Cancer Research's race for life. I signed up to do the 10k in October, now I have something to train for. I found a Fitbit charge 4 for £30 on FB in a nearby town (will help with training!), I will go collect it on Friday if my car is ready - they said Thursday but who knows. I have a courtesy car but I just paid £5 on petrol for a few miles around town, I don't want to use this car to do a 30 miles trip. My car does 200+ miles on a £5 charge.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

This is brilliant. You sound so motivated. 10k - I'd like to sign up for one but not sure if it is beyond my capabilities at the moment. I might have a look at it.
Keep going! X2 -
Thanks, Emma, I have always been able to run logn distances without much training, but I am very slow. I am hoping to do thi run in under 70 minutes, as close to 60 as possible
Didn't make any extra cash in the last few days, didn't spend too much either. Waiting for the last DD to go out mid next week and then another week until payday.
I entered a few competitions listed here and I won a family ticket to see Berlin Circus!01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I've been MIA, life has been busy!
The weekend before last was Boy2's birthday, we had Mon and Tue off so a loong weeknd and went to the circus, to Legoland (hopefully for the last time ever), had a small party, went to the local leisure centre/ outdoor pool, then Wednesday back to work.
On Friday the fridge door broke, the plastic around the bottom hinge was crumbling and the door wasn't hanging/closing properly. This was a Beko fridge which we bought when we moved here 5 years ago. The door handle broke three times in the first two years and we stopped replacing it after that. Wouldn't buy the brand again. Now we got a new fridge from AO as they were able to deliver the next day and it has a 5 year warranty. I need to call and cancel the extra insurance as I was too soft to say no to the gentleman that called me to set it up. Stupid, I know, I find it hard to say no but I'm getting better.
Good news is we had cash to buy the fridge, no credit card was used!
Payday tomorrow - I did my numbers and I was surprised to see my debt is £1560 lower than this time last month. It's around £1150 on a normal month, but this month there was that big Shepper project where I made almost £200 and the rest were FB and bay sales.
My target for this month was to pay paypal before end of the month when the 0% runs out. I have less than £20 left to pay but also £30 left in my current account so I will count this as a victory. I need one!
Oh, MrJ got some Amazon vouchers for an emergency working weekend and we now have a rower. We also have a multi gym and a friend is givign us a treadmill, the conservatory is turning into a gym.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0
