Crisps and savoury bagged snacks are moreish salty things which don't last long and have lots of carbs n calories. I would rather that the other half pigged on mini cheese portions eg Cathedral City and Babybel. At least they have some actual nutrition. Mind you the price of 6 x 20g Babybels is 2.45 which is a bit exorbitant !

The Dairyfine fruit and nut chocolate 200g is still 85p and has been for years.  Some things are surviving inflation, though I have probably jinxed it now.  Very nice too!

It probably depends on the terms written into the contract with whichever manufacturer produces them...

I'm sure I bought 10-packs from Aldi on offer at £2.25 or thereabouts.

Shelves were very sparse this morning at Lidl - I'm hoping it was down to the snow.  No eggs at all and very low on fruit and veg. I bought a packet of frozen cauli/broccoli for the first time as the fresh caulis were so tiny.

My first trip to Aldi in over a month as been using Sainsburys. Still empty shelves in parts but not as bad as around January. Prices are through the roof though.

£6.40 a kg of chicken breasts. The cheap gammon joints have doubled in price. Aldi chocolate up to £1.89, it's about the fifth increase in a few months. Your better off buying some branded goods now, example being Haribo sweets which are cheaper than Aldi own brand.

The only thing reduced was Nordpack down to £2.19 now and also the wine which defies inflation. A bottle of wine is cheaper than most food!

I don't know anything about the other products, but for the Chocolate, I'd suggest 2 x 100g Everyday Bars (the plain one is particularly good) rather than your standard 200g bars.   2x 36p compared to £1.89

Yeah I stopped buying the 200g bars once they went past £1.39. I've occasionally bought the cooking chocolate as an alternative but now when using Sainsburys I buy whatever is on offer that week or Aldi I buy the fake mars bars.

I've been put off Lidl cheese after always enjoying it from there.
Two 400g blocks of Red Leicester purchased several months apart both poor, hardly any flavour and texture akin to rubber.
Ended up grating it all up for use in baking. To be fair most of it was intended for the cheese grater, just not all!
