My husband used to really annoy me if I made a one pot meal, to him it was an easy meal, regardless of how long I had spent preparing the ingredients.Do I need it or just want it.7

In again for June, even though we are more than a week in already.
Still to do total properly for May but i was about £90 under.
So, i dont have to worry about any bulk buys or such, i am just dropping the budget gradually from £340 to £300 this month (thanks @elsiepac ).
This is with a view with that by the end of the year i will have gotten it down massively. There will only be me here come Sep/Oct as DD2 is off to uni.

Today I've spent £5.08 which makes my spending £40.37/£120. This was spent at my local shop.

I did some food shopping on Tuesday morning and spent £13.46 at M*rks and £3.70 at S*insby's which makes my new total £41.24/£120 and a daily average spend of £4.58 which is getting better but still not quite on track.7

Popped to Morries first thing, £31.97 after my spend £30 get £3 off, quite a nice y.s. haul, 4 packs of thick smoked bacon @90p, 2 packs of boneless thighs @90p, 2 packs of pork ribs both around £1,50, 5 haggis @60p and 2 half shoulders of lamb cut in half again, so quarters now, plus my tonic water and ginger ales.Do I need it or just want it.5
