Steam oven (top right), normal size oven (bottom right), microwave/oven (bottom left) and warming draw beneath microwave...

When you need that amount of cooking volume you also need the tandem dishwasher.Atomix said:Steam oven (top right), normal size oven (bottom right), microwave/oven (bottom left) and warming draw beneath microwave...

It’s crazy what people will take. My mum’s partner moved into a house and the seller had taken all of the chrome plug sockets and just left the wiring open!0

That's the view we took, in the last 2 houses we've left all appliances including the free standing microwave, they are a pain to move and it's and opportunity to get things to suit the new place. We last left and a plumbed in but not built in coffee machine, and all the curtains as well as all the appliances. We've replaced the appliances but still have no curtains, luckily we have no near neighbours.Falafels said:Whenever I've moved house, I've left behind everything that was bought specifically for that house. The chances of them fitting a new place are pretty slim, and it's also nice to start over with fresh stuff.
I suspect if pushed the OP's sellers will leave the coffee machine, or meet the OP half way. There is nothing to stop them taking the coffee machine, if the OP threatens to pull out they could just remarket and make it clearer.0 -
it all depends what we are cooking -
however I have to say, the coffee machine does make a stunningly-good coffee... and we have x2 or 3 each per day...
arguably as good as any coffee shop, and pennies to make. (we get 1-kilo of good quality coffee beans for around £10)
you can adjust everything to within 10ml, and programme stronger/weaker depending on personal taste....

however I do get that you can make instant / filter for a lot less. (the outlay is a lot, but, if you enjoy a proper coffee like you get in a coffee shop - no brainer)2

Meh, Lavazza at £6.99/kilo when on offer at Costco works for me. But then I'm the sort of person that likes a small shot of gingerbread syrup with it so I'm probably a lost cause...Atomix said:it all depends what we are cooking -

Yep - we bought a house in France - the only thing left in the kitchen was the sink - which suited us, as it was awful kitchen - saved us ripping it out!Chandler85 said:I find it odd that a house without a kitchen isn't mortgageable in the UK. The in Europe, a lot of people take the full kitchen with them, carcasses etc and all!
