I'm not a fan - it makes me feel a little queasy, lol 🤣
Me too, and I think I would be always trying to get things out from underneath!
Yep...and our dogs would probably imagine they'd lost their favourite balls under there so would scratch the plinths to pieces attempting to retrieve them 😂🙄

I have been hot by the curse of the Bosch / Germany issue which was expected imminently and has now been delayed by >3 weeks.

I don't even intend to use the hob, I just want the worktop in so I can had a fully functioning kitchen.

If you can find the instruction manual online, it will give you the exact size of opening in the worktop that you'll need.

    Happy Brexit!

My preferred mason will not fit from a technical specification, its got to be in situ.

Anyway its academic now, I had an email earlier this afternoon saying: "We're incredibly sorry; while sourcing your product, we've learned it is no longer in stock." So I need to find another, pronto.

Such a lovely comment! Except I have been in hibernation since, working like a dawg to pay off my expenses and am saving hard for a raised patio. Next summer I hit 50 and am determined to have party weekends instead. Mid-life must have its rewards!

ETA: I had a LOT of help and trustworthy advice on this board from the usual suspects: Doozer, Bendy, Section, GB, FreeBear, Stuart45 and many many more. A huge thanks to you all!

All these windows - and I've just noticed the sky lantern!
    Awww, maaaaan.

Was this a purpose-built extension for the kitchen, Rosa, or was there always a room with all these windows?
