Plumping up the cushions in the WAC lounge. If I'm going to spend some time here tonight I may as well make myself comfortable.
Shhhh. I hope you are all sleeping 😴
Sweet dreams

Just popping by for some biscuits. It’s getting light so much earlier than a few weeks ago! The sky’s awake.. so I’m awake..
thinking of all the things..
of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings...
I never did a kallax box tidying.. though when I said to OH to put the Osmo sets in the empty drawer.. top one second along he was not listening as usual and crammed them in the half full one.. why do they never listen?I have bellyache.. so I have to analyse everything I have eaten to find a culprit! It’s a food ache not a hormonal or other bodily function ache.. I guess it could be the 3 chicken dippers I ate.. on Sunday?!I might give this sleeping lark another try, I have Jazzles for a couple of hours today and he is full on. Lionel decided he could walk last night too so he’s joining in the naughty. At 12 months and 1 week he is the youngest by far to walk .. the grandpink was nearly 2!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -
Morning all
Not in the WAC, I just have a lot to do today so am making an early start, I can get a couple of hours quiet work done before the meetings and chaos starts, cuppa made, cats told they have to wait for regular brekkie time lol... I’m off to it x8 -
Morning xx
Typical me. Take the news on the chin, everyone says how brave I am, then the gremlins attack in the night and I'm joining Valli on the 'feeling sorry for yourself ' step 🥺.
I didn't ask any of the questions that I should have asked. I don't even know what they are planning to do - I heard general anaesthetic and theatre and all rational thought evaporated. But I've not signed anything so at some point they will have to explain the procedure and why it can't be done under local anaesthetic. Yeah?
Throwing a stick to get BD off my chest- then I can get up and get on. Paid stuff will take my mind off things.
Flying: I'll do the usual - make my bed, feed the birds, put out the recycling, and remove / put away one item in my bedroom. More floor 😉
Have a good day xx

Morning, I joined you all in the WAC but for daft reasons, cat was sick on us and our pillows at 3 in the morning so was up for a few minutes to sort that out then just when I was nearly back to sleep OH's alarm clock went off at 4 (which is his going away time not that he has travelled since Feb 2020), I had to convince him it was still the middle of the night, then as per usual it took me ages to get back to sleep! Was not amused at 6.30 when proper alarm went off. So my sense of humour seems to have left home today. I feel this morning is going to require caffeine (I normally only drink decaf at home).
Bed made, clothes picked up (me)
DW emptied and reloaded (OH)
WM on (DD1)
TD on (DD1)
Off to brush my teeth and then suggest coffee to OH who started work half an hour ago.
Hugs & spoons to you all, you can do this! Don't forget those SMILES!

Well that was quite a party in the WAC last night, wasn’t it? I don’t think that there were more than 6 of us in there at any one time but I can’t be sure.
Round - would it help to jot down all your questions as they come to you in one of your lovely notebooks? Then you can take them with you and not clutter your head with them. Or call the clinic and see if there is a nurse practitioner who can call you back and maybe get some ticked off ahead of time to put your mind at rest. Throwing a big stick to that BD xx
I’m supposed to be going to work today. It is my only day in the office this week as the other days were / are taken up with medical appointments. DD is on study leave but needs me to get her up and sorted first. I’m already feeling massively guilty about leaving her (DH is at home, I’m not abandoning her), so may have to come home early.
DW is emptied, wm is on, pack up of leftovers sorted for my lunch.
Have a lovely day all xx10
