That's a brilliant weight loss this week, and great stats update too!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1

Thank you @Sarahwithlove - I'm sorry that Mounjaro didn't agree with you. It has been a wonderful help to me with weight loss. Have you looked into Wegovy as an alternative? It has a record of a slightly less weight loss percentage than Mounjaro, but still has had amazing results. And I don't think the price will be hiking up unlike Mounjaro if you purchase it privately.Thank you so much @jwil!❤️
This morning was nail day (I chose a rather lovely very pale pink which I really like!).
In the afternoon I went up to London for my hair appointment and got back home early evening. Have been watching a few Youtube channels that I follow this evening and read a bit more Poldark.Tomorrow is Pilates and gym day, then lunch at a local Turkish restaurant with a friend I used to work with. I'm looking forward to this as they offer a reasonably priced two course lunch menu and I love Turkish food as its always so tasty and has plenty of healthy choices. 😋
SCRIMPY MSE THINGS
Spends today were my nails, fare to London and a tip for the stylist. The price of the wash and styling was already thrown in for free from my last appointment so nothing to pay today. I also received payment today from Vinted for a white linen shirt I sold because it drowned me!
WEIGHT
Not much of an appetite today which I find often happens on a Wednesday two days after my jab on Mondays. I had a bowl of frozen raspberries, yoghurt, smoked almonds and maple syrup for lunch and scrambled egg on toast with cherry tomatoes this evening. Plus my usual cafetière of coffee with oat milk and collagen. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Thank you so much @beanielou and @milann!😀
@Sarahwithlove - I do hope you are able to fit Wegovy into your budget in the near future if it agrees with you. 🤞
I had a really nice lunch and catch up with my friend on Thursday after my Pilates and gym sessions.Yesterday I had another lunch with two of my besties - we went to another Turkish restaurant which was a drive a few miles away in a more rural area. It had been a country pub for years but has now been turned into a rather lovely restaurant. Beautifully renovated and it has a gorgeous old-fashioned English garden where you can also sit outside and have a drink. So as I has had hummus and chicken shish the previous day, I had lamb shish and hummus instead!😀. On both days the food was tasty and quite healthy I felt! I just had a glass of Malbec on both days with my meal. But yesterday I also had a cocktail after the meal and then we each got a complimentary Bailey's from the management. We went back to my friend's house afterwards and sat in the sun chatting. She gave me a glass of Sauvignon but I really couldn't drink it and left half. My drinking habits have really changed since Mounjaro! In fact when I got home I felt a bit washed out and queasy and went to bed early! I truly think it was the different mixtures of alcohol and maybe the sun! At one time this wouldn't have affected me at all!
Lazy day today - I haven't done much at all!
Tomorrow my friend and her partner are driving over to pick up my old living room nest of tables that I'm giving her. We're having Sunday lunch at one of the local restaurants.SCRIMPY MSE THINGS
A bit of a spendy few days although the friend I had lunch with on Thursday said she hadn't realised my last birthday in the spring was A Big One! She very kindly insisted on paying for lunch and wouldn't say no! So that was a really nice surprise!
Apart from the spends I mentioned above, I renewed my annual subscription on my Nutracheck app which I've found so helpful over the past year, and also renewed my YNAB subscription which I can't live without!😳. For both these I have monthly categories on YNAB so I have the funds ready to pay.I ordered two pairs of ankle boots from Simply B as I didn't like the Next pair. These I ordered in a wide and extra wide fit. The extra wide was a better fit so the other pair is going back!
I also ordered my usual eye cream from Beauty Pie as I've nearly run out. I love the Beauty Pie products. I also took the opportunity to buy a (whisper) Christmas present as well! Some under eye treatment pads for DSis. And as it was the anniversary of my yearly membership I claimed a free full size tube of AHA facial peel - so that was a result!
I transferred some cash over to DSis for my air flight as we're off on a family trip in October. And I bought a birthday card from Moonpig. Plus Mounjaro pens.
WEIGHT
I found out my online pharmacy was allowing existing clients to purchase extra pens before the price increase so I ordered an extra pen at the original price. They've stopped it now so future pens will be at the new rates but I was so pleased I managed to get the extra pen. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Pleased you managed to get extra jabs at old cost 👍 Your weight loss is amazing. 👏👏👏January spends - £587.582 -
Thanks so much @milann!😀
I had a really delicious roast lunch with my friends yesterday. The weather has been gorgeous in Seasideville and lots of folk were out and about enjoying the weather and the Bank Holiday weekend. My pals went home about half four and I just relaxed in the evening - read and caught up with some YouTube.
Today I had a quiet Bank Holiday Monday. I started to tidy one of my shelves in the kitchen that holds my condiments, nuts, seeds etc and ended up sorting out the whole of the cupboard and the one adjoining. So the cupboards have been cleaned, all my sauces, spices, vinegars, oils, and cooking aids have been sorted, some have been discarded and a list of replacements drawn up. Also popped out to post some birthday cards and return the other pair of Simply B boots that didn't fit to the Evri parcel place.SCRIMPY MSE THINGS
Not a lot spent - my friends insisted on paying for my lunch as thanks for the donated side tables. On the way back from the restaurant we decided to stop for a coffee at one of the places serving the nicest coffee. So I bought the coffees for us as I didn't have to pay for lunch
I also bought cinema tickets today as my friend and I are off to see 'The Roses' later in the week.I've had a look at my current Vinted listings today. They are all summer bits and I really want to clear them before the new season sets in and I don't really want to pack them away again for next summer as I haven't exactly got lots of room when I pack away my seasonal stuff as it lives in vacuum bags in suitcases under the bed!So I dropped the prices a bit and sold a pair of jeans, a top and a pair of shoes within the hour! I've had an offer made on a beach bag too which I've accepted but they've not come back to me as yet. That leaves three tops plus a pair of summer cargo trousers that I've never worn and don't know why I bought as I've never been that keen on cargo trousers! So far then today I made £37.50.WEIGHT
Weigh in day tomorrow. I've checked my calories on Nutracheck for the week and they've averaged out at 1225 per day. I've had to guesstimate my three meals out this week but hopefully worked it out pretty accurately. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Thanks @beanielou!😀
Another slow day today. - I did my zoom Pilates this morning, but no gym till later on in the week as my PT is away on holiday. I took my Vinted parcels to be sent off and then walked down to the greengrocers and bought Discovery apples (yum!), satsumas and tomatoes. Then picked up some more yoghurt from Tesco.Cleaned and sorted out my other pantry cupboard that holds tin, packets, pasta, rice etc so that's all nice and neat now.Tomorrow I'm off to catch the bus to town to take back the Next boots I didn't like and I'll have a mooch about too. In the afternoon I've got my monthly pedicure appointmentSCRIMPY MSE THINGSOnly spends today were my Pilates payment and the food bits.I've got a 20% discount voucher that M&S sent me to as a Sparks holder to apologise for all the recent cyber kerfuffle. I can only use it in store and it's valid till the end of the week. When I visit town tomorrow I want to have a look to see if they have any autumnal jackets that I might like but I don't want to use it just for the sake of spending.
WEIGHT
I lost 2.6lbs on weigh in today which is great as I've eaten out for lunch three times last week!😀
My appetite hasn't been great today though. I had a small bowl of chilli for lunch that had to be finished off and felt quite full and rather bloated afterwards. I was going to have salmon and rice for dinner but in the end had yoghurt, fruit and nuts and that's done me for today!
