Belated birthday wishes from me too. It sounds as if you were thoroughly spoilt, as you should be!

Belated Happy Birthday from me too!  Sounds like a lovely time.

Well done on the weight loss, that's fantastic.

Awww - thank you so much guys. It feels good to be 'diarying' again. ❤️
Another quietish day today. I had morning Zoom Pilates then walked down to the gym. My PT is very pleased with me lately and has upped my workouts.
It's turned quite chilly here the last few days after the warm spell and I stopped and had a post-gym coffee afterwards trying a local cafe that has recently moved to a larger premises owing to its popularity. The flat white was nice and strong - £3.40 which is par for course around here. I also picked up some salad stuff from Tescos.

Spends were Pilates, gym and coffee, plus Tesco bits.
I also received £20 in M&S rewards vouchers via my Sparks card plus some bonus points vouchers in today's post. Mind you I can't spend them yet until they sort the fall out from their recent cyber attack.🤷‍♀️

    WEIGHT
it was weigh in day today. I haven't weighed myself for two weeks as I knew I was going to be celebrating my birthday and I also because I went away. Still I was chuffed when I got on the scales as I had lost 2.4lbs!  Slow and steady is the way to go. My nasty dangerous visceral fat that surrounds your organs is now in the 'Slightly High' category rather than 'High' which is a result!

Another chilly day today in Seasideville!  I've had the heating on again the last few days after turning it off when we had that last warm spell.
I had my nail appointment this morning then popped out with my friend for a late brunch. Afterwards I came home and have been pottering - caught up with some YouTube vlogs, some diaries and read a bit.
Have been watching reruns on the TV of Ab Fab. Forgot how hilarious they were!  Couldn't stop laughing aloud at most of them!😂

Spends today were my nails, and a tip in the cafe - my friend kindly paid for lunch this time. And that was it!

    WEIGHT
Haven't felt that hungry today - I had my jab on Monday so could be result of that. I didn't eat anything till brunch when I ordered cheese on toast - they serve up two slices and I only ate one - delicious though it was - and two flat whites. Later on in the afternoon I had my regular fruit bowl - which consists of two lots of fruit, 0% Fat Greek yoghurt, a dash of maple syrup and some sort of nut (smoked almonds today).  I've got a M&S Count On Us sausage and mash meal plus peas for dinner soon. I thought I'd try a few of these meals as I hadn't had them for ages and now I remember why. They're never as good as what you cook yourself. Still its not too large portion so will do me for tonight.

Well I woke up to a rally nice sunny day today - and less chilly than it has been although I still needed a light jacket when I went out.
I had Zoom Pilates and then my gym session. I also picked up some e soup and fresh berries for DD who is due to arrive soon as we are off to our very 'posh' all expenses Italian trip tomorrow morning with the company she buys a lot of her clothes from.
I've been sorting out what to take - it's only an overnight stay so I need a smart casual outfit to travel, an outfit for the evening as we're off to a really good restaurant for dinner, and then another smart casual outfit for Saturday as we will be viewing the clothes, then lunch, then an early evening flight home. So just a small cabin bag to fill.

    MSE SCRIMPY THINGS
Spends were Pilates, gym and Tesco bits.  I've also bought some euros to pick up at the airport as I only have about €5 left. It is an all expenses paid trip and I do have my Barclaycard Rewards card which doesn't charge overseas fees, but I like to have some cash on me whilst abroad and it will come in handy for later on in the year when I'm on holiday.

    WEiIGHT
BBQ chicken breast, low mayo and rocket sandwich on wholemeal with grains  for lunch and some cherry toms. I still dont feel terribly hungry so havent had my fruit bowl but will be having a Count on Us chicken jalfrezi and rice and mixed veg soon for dinner.
I'm so pleased too that I've lost this weight so far as this means that I have had much nicer clothes to wear on my trip (they're not designer though!😁).

I probably won't post again till Sunday so  everyone have a good weekend and 'ciao' for now! 🇮🇹😎
