  • Panto was very good for £7 a ticket , we had a disaster parking and I think I am going to get a parking ticket . Went to a car park I know , but they don't do cash anymore you have to download an app. Had to give up after 15 mins as battery went on my phone . We moved to a fee car park a bit further away , so assume I will get charged a parking ticket.
Early night for me , DGD enjoyed herself . We took our own drinks and snacks.

  • Did you actually leave the car SG? If not you may be able to contest it on the basis that you didn’t actually park as you were unable to successfully download the app. 🤞🏼

No we moved to a free car park.

  • I was more thinking of whether you just either stayed in the car while you tried to sort the app, or went as far as the pay station and tried to sort it out there, rather than having walked out of the car park, realised you couldn’t do it and returned. Thinking about it though either way, if you got a ticket I would be inclined to contest it on the basis that you were unable to make payment for parking, and so you left and moved elsewhere.

  • just found your diary and read through, will, subscribe.  fascinating to hear you got barred from PA so did I.  have no idea why, as I did them regularly and answered questions truthfully.  I tried hard to find out why but they wouldn’t tell me, but informed me it was a lifetime ban.  seems very odd, and it quite upset me.

Hope you don’t get a ticket. We’re the markets crowded? I’m going to try to get there soon and have a trip to the big mall sometime soon.
The panto sounded great - bet good fun was had by all 😁

Today I have had a PCR test as my cough has got worse , but not bad enough to stop me doing anything . Going to try for an early night .
