Iona so glad that DH apologised. I'm sure he is just getting nervous about his op and taking it out on those closest. He probably doesn't even realize he is doing it.🙁
Honey take it gradually with tourists, we don't want you crashed out and unable to even look at the list.🙁
Round so pleased daddy round is back home and in his own bed. It must be such a relief for you all knowing he is out of hospital now 🙂 Glad your eye is slowly improving too. It sounds like it's going to be a long process before it's back to normal.
Madam so glad some of your restrictions are being lifted, only downside is now you have to do the things you couldn't do.
How on earth did Twinkle chew her toe skin Piggers - must be an effort to get her feet to her mouth surely, or is she still that supple she can still do this? Glad OH is helping out, I'm sure if not prompted he would just sit there oblivious like other husband's do (or is that just mine..lol) The orange shop (is that B*Q?) has a freebie bin? When did this happen..lolWell done on your momentous decision asb, time to move forward and do what you think is best for you not others.🙂
Have decluttered my porridge and cherries and also changed the cat tray as my Kiwi was walking around yowling away. Thought he wanted the clean tray, nope turns out he wanted his 'mum' to give him mummycat washes much to her dislike...lol Didn't even look at the clean cat tray..lolMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Piggers love the cake, did one of your daughters make it?I also have one eby who doesn't want to pay up as now thinks it is too expensive, so why did you bid,? I'll just wait 3 days I think, then open a non payment, get them a strike and relist with my fees back.Just wrapped 9 parcels up, some of them are multi buys, so about 15 items in total, also had the moan about wanting combined postage, which I have done, one person them moans that £1.50 off wasn't enough, told them that is the price pay or I relist, they paid up.I think any more moaners will go on to my 'block a buyer list' as they are taking up too much of my time with daft questions / not paying/ and such like.Ironing is done and awayOff to brave the post office now, and no doubt get moaned at there for holding up their q.Very blustery and wet here, water butts are now 3/4 full
makes me happy (glad something does today)

She is forever eating something or picking at it. She has chewed all the skin off the side of her thumb too.. she is just silly but she has to put up with the pain.. the toes however have a tendency to become infected.. more fun times! She is 4 and bendy.. that said mine can all et their feet.. lots of hypermobility going on.kazwookie said:Piggers love the cake, did one of your daughters make it?
Cats are going to expire.. the cat food is all in the shed and they've not been fed yet today..
I'm having a cuppa, sorting the ebeast stuff, sending £70 from my window fund to OH then sorting new house insurance (21/5), car insurance and breakdown cover (1/06).. If I am in too much pain to fly I shall save the pennies!

Lovely cake, piggers. Would you believe that Wonky Donkey is way too recent for me to have read, even with with my grandchildren? - I had to G00gle it!
I am feeling the cold today. It has rained most of the night, it is still showery, and it is very blowy. I need to do some washing, but none of it will get hung outside. An intrepid band of walkers is passing along the back lane as I type, brrr! Fortunately I was able to take Rosie out late yesterday evening for a shortened walk, but there was enough of a break in the rain for a lovely sunset. I'm not sure that she will get much of a walk today, either.
I must crack on.9 -
Me again. Dailies are done, floors steam mopped and the dogs have been walked just round the block. The wind is icy cold.Spend less now, work less later.10

Layla's been for a full length trundle, first time in several days, despite it blowing a gale here. Very little rain and we need it desperately but it's really, really cold. Blue skies though, so I've just put a third load through the WM and pegged out the first two.Photos of the only successful haircut downloaded to a memory stick so that the next time I see the 'friend' hairdresser she knows exactly what I want. If it looks as hideous as this cut does that's it. I'm not fussed about the friendship enough to look like this permanently. Four bad cuts out of five isn't acceptable; a fifth would be beyond a saint's patience.I managed to sneak the recycling bag in front of a neighbour's house who didn't put anything out this morning in addition to our crammed full wheelie bin, and I've sorted the pegs I don't want to keep. I now realise I've spent decades thinking, 'I don't really want to keep that' or 'That can go' without doing anything about it there and then over masses of little things. Having watched someone do exactly the same thing on a decluttering video I'm going to see how many of those times I can action the thought instead of just leaving it until whenever. The trick, I think, is to have a pocketful of nappy sacks to put them in so they can go by the front door, ready to leave the house. The kitchen floor is disgusting so it's going to be swept and washed today. My get up and go has got up and gone completely but if I stop nothing will get done and I need to make more progress while Belovéd is away or this would be a wasted opportunity.Better is good enough.7

HB, I feel your pain but my hair is a mess because I cut it myself. I have a photo of me with short hair ready to take to the hairdresser later today.
I have done the ironing.Spend less now, work less later.11 -
Good afternoon.
We are having a stay at home day today. It is windy and showery out, so we are staying warm and dry indoors. I am feeling quite tired - possibly due to my vaccine yesterday. So we are going nowhere!
Grumpy dog was walked this morning. He was quite leaky yesterday, hopefully he will be better today. We might have to resort to a dressing, but he ate the last one! He got trapped in DD2'S room earlier because of his cone 🤦♀️
LR vac'd before work - it will need doing again later because we have been playing with sticks & pine cones! Downstairs toilet & basin have had a clean. I feel like finding something that can be removed from the house in some way - baby steps & all that!
Have a good day everyone 😊10 -
£1 a month saved on my house insurance BUT I upgraded it massively and added additional cover for the sheds/garden etc.. so that is happy.
£16 a month saved cancelling the breakdown cover.
£38 a month saved by cancelling the car insurance and replacing it with one which includes breakdown cover (still RAC, exactly the same!) and having the new policy start on the 24th (it was 12p a month cheaper than the 23rd and £9 cheaper than the 25th!!)
£55 a month in my pocket and not theirs!!
I have a carrier bag of ebeast stuff to parcel and post and emptied half a bag into a box to replace what was sold from those boxes. I have 8 items to be paid for and a NPB case open on one.
OH is STILL sorting out plastic tubs...
TD refilled, 1 pile folded, wet bedding hung up, WM filling up but not washing it until I can hang it outside and it actually dry!
AND.. I got dressed.
