By all means think about it, read the pinned Announcement with the template defence and the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, but don't get consumed by it.I've yet to see DCBL front any UKPC court claim - UKPC preferred lawyers for such cases are SCS Law and normally only where multiple unpaid tickets are involved. If DCB Legal issue a court claim via the Northampton CCBC, then let's deal with that then; you'll get over a month to sort it all out.
I haven’t done this before and want to get it right :-
so to clarify, I simply just reply with the 30 day hold, and leave it at that for them to make contact again?
Ideally , you require a cancellation by the landowner0 -
And in the meantime please do the Consultation as it's really important for all drivers that this is put right.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -

I'm still pursuing this angle as they haven't actually bothered to respond!
Quick question - in the SAR bundle, the "sign" is not clear. Should I request a copy of this, or leave it as it is?

The claimant should provide pictures of the signs in their WS plus Exhibits bundle too
Poor pictures assist the defence1 -

Here is the clearest picture provide from the sar!
If they showed a pdf version of it in court, do I have the chance to reply with the sign being forbidding as well as there being no evidence that that was in deed the signage at the time being 5 1/2 years ago?!
They have provided a pdf version of evidence of the sign before when a CCJ was issued against our own personal car as evidence.
I've never been to court, so I'm currently deciding how to approach this (slightly OCD!!) if/when it comes...0 -
