@D_P_Dance, maybe you could give @sickofppc a bit more help by pointing out which the two companies are.

No, let the OP work it out themselves.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

thank you - I know they are two separate companies. Do I need to adjust the wording in this paragraph so that it reads differently do you mean ?

    Perhaps it should be:

I want to make a complaint to you, as the landowner, regarding alleged parking contraventions dating back to 2016 at the LOCATION.

Not read it in detail yet but I would put it in a more formal format; I would not be enquiring after their health and I would be finishing with yours faithfully not kind regards.
    ETA
As the The alleged contraventions are from 5 years ago but I would be grateful if you would, in your capacity as landowner, contact UKPC to cancel the parking charges on the grounds that there is no clear indication that BPA guidelines were followed in connection with signage, as well as there not being any stated period of which the car was on the land parking.

I would just edit as above.

Thanks! Thoughts on bundling al three together? x
  • My son changed his address to my address as he's working overseas for a few years. He only changed his address in October & since then dcbl have been chasing him for 5year old parking ticket threatening CCJ action if not paid. He paid one but now another has turned up different reference & PCN number. Both cars were owned by company he worked for & at time was flat sharing with owners son. No way of checking if he or the son were using nag the chicle but they've obviously said my son was driver. I'm reluctant to pay as when it's paid they just seem to lob out another fine. On the other hand I don't want son to end up with CCJ as he's planning to buy a house when he gets back. The phone on the letter head is never answered, neither are e mails. What now??

I am not sure.  I think you will get a knockback anyway and alerting them to 3 PCNs from one family who didn't live there, looks worse than one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Recieved a letter from DCBL today referring i owe them for a £170 unpaid parking charge .

Just want some information on this and advice what i should do due to taking next steps or ignoring it .

looked through some threads and the pages it tells you to read have now been removed

    Thanks in advance .

Just to state the letter also states about a “cant pay we’ll take it away!” Banner “This case is not subject to high court or bailiff action”

random question - is a deed of assignment applicable with PPC's?
That can be one of your random questions to DCBLtd.   :)

That should keep them thinking for an hour or two.
And there'll be a massive steam cloud escaping from their roof as they think about it...
